We chose Casa Ilaria based on the Tripadvisor reviews, but we were somewhat disappointed. While it is indeed centrally located in the University area, we had to find our way among “partying” students every night... Although the rooms were facing the back yard and there was no noise coming from the outside, we had trouble sleeping because the house has... More

Stayed one night and it was absolutely quiet despite being in the centre of the university district - the breakfast is great with warm service and a lot of items to choose from. Will stay there again the next time in Bologna.

What a great find. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. From the warm personal welcome we received in the kitchen which constantly smelled of fresh baking to the large but cosy bedroom, Casa Ilaria was a delight. The location was perfect for walking to the sights of Bologna. We would highly recommend that you stay here.

Almost eerily so inside. It's very relaxing. - Tiziana was very welcoming and friendly. She was extremely helpful and met me when I arrived to show me... More

We rented the whole apartment as there we were a couple and 3 friends. With 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, we couldn't have asked for better. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room has its own TV and air conditioner. It is also used as a B & B which is great. The decor is really tasteful... More

Cosy B&B in a good location in Bologna. We were warmly greeted by the owner Tiziana, who also told us about sights and what to see and suggested good places to eat. Our room was charming and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was various and delicious. We`d heartily recommend this place!

She's kind, warm, meticulous and helpful person who prepares excellent breakfast, enriched with her homemade variety of daily cakes and bakery and, recently pancakes... A facilty with clean, tidy and spacey rooms, at heart of univ ersity district of lovely Bologna, to a fair price... When... More
