Andy the owner was pleasant and welcoming when we first arrived from Rome on a grey drizzly day. It was a comfortable 25 minute walk from the main train station mostly under cover with beautiful collenades to protect from the rain. The rooms were huge and being an old building could be noisy if you had inconsiderate guests next door....

My Girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet and it is 10 mins walk from the medieval towers. We were met by zeno (we think) He gave us a warm welcome, helped us get around and even gave us a simple breakfast in bed with a drink of our choice. Would reccomend Bologna...

The property is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre. The room was clean and was equipped with a very comfortable bed, table and cupboard. The bathroom was shared but very clean and towels were supplied if required. Breakfast was served daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am, very reasonable times. While it was not anything extravagant, the...

First time in Bologna We only had one day to spend and first time in Bologna. This B&B had a perfect location! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Toilet in the corridor, also very clean (towels included). It had a very nice and familiar feeling and we were very well taken care of.

We got clean towels and breakfast to our room. The host is really nice and helpful. The location is good. The street is not too loud and the city center...

My boyfriend and I stayed from New Year's Eve till 3 January 2016 in this B&B. It is very close to the city centre, only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Maggiore, but a quiet neighborhood at night. The manager, Andrea, is present almost 24/7. He is very friendly and his English is quite good. In the morning, you should...

We arrived after dark at this B&B after a ridiculously long travel day, and were so relieved to be warmly welcomed by our host and led to a massive and comfortable room. Our host was very friendly and eager to give us all the information we needed for our stay, including restaurant recommendations and directions. The large bed was so...

We arrived into Bologna expecting to check into a traditional hotel setting. After our taxi driver located our place we soon discovered otherwise.... Once we got over the initial surprise, we quickly warmed up to the charms of our accommodation. It is a nice bed & breakfast style located on the second floor of a residence located in a very...

Location of this B&B was perfect as just a short walk from everything. The room was quite large and everything was clean. There was no AC but a fan which wasn't too hot but would just prefer AC. The host was very organised just wouldn't recommend us anywhere to eat which was a bit odd.

Quite a basic hotel with friendly staff. Shared bathroom was never a problem, never busy even during peak season, always very clean. Manager(s)? both very friendly. Breakfast is good, basic but brought right to your room with your choice of coffees and teas! Huge spacious rooms with comfortable beds, only real issue is no air conditioning (we just didnt realise)...
