Nice hotel in a very central position. Minutes away from the train station and from the city center. Good breakfast and very polite staff. Value for money. Wi-fi didn't work in my room. The hotel offers just the basics, but for me it wasn't a problem. The real problem - which in fact is the biggest problem of all italian...

I can't comment much on the actual hotel because, although we didn't book it, we were put in an apartment (/bedsit) around the corner from the hotel, which was actually very nice and allowed us to raid Bologna's markets to make our own dinner! The staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and spacious and the breakfast was very nice,...

Corridors might be a bit sinister, the room I occupied was more than decent, spacious, and so was the bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Attention: no iron or ironing board in the hotel which is a major problem if you are in town for business and, considering the price of the hotel, the majority of their...

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable little bar area, excellent bed and overall cleanliness of room. Very convenient for exploring the historic city, and with several good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

I reserved superior TWN room for one night through Booking.com. When we have arrived, us have lodged in an apartment in the next building round the corner from hotel. The apartment is well enough equipped - there is a safe, Internet WiFi, the conditioner, small kitchen with a set of ware and тд is accessible. But the stop ragged enough...

Good location, helpful personnel, Varied breakfasts. A little bit old sanitary engineering in the bathroom, but generally rooms are clean and tidy.

We stayed for two nights in room 110. The room was surprisingly big, probably because it is normally reserved for disabled customers. While the bedroom was cosy and nice, the bathroom wasn't. It was clean, but with some broken tiles and a bit of rust here and there. Breakfast was included and enjoyable. However, on the second day there was...

Totally value for money! Centrally located, it was very easy to walk to almost everywhere, but if you needed a taxi, the reception will call a taxi service that was there in less than 2 minutes. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast, clean rooms, and even though the decoration is aged it is kept in good...

We recently spent 5 nights in this hotel. Bad nights sleep all nights due to the thin walls and rude guests slamming things and talking into the early hours. The hotel was shabby and could do with a refurb. The reception staff are not exactly friendly apart from a nice lady who was on reception in the morning. I would...

A very pleasant surprise indeed when we got there. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and it was easy to locate with signages. Area is nice and quiet as it is off the main roads. Reception was friendly and accommodating as we were initially given a room on the top floor which was like an attic. It...
