We are just wrapping up a four night stay at the Adriano Residence (Audrey Hepburn room). Like many others, we fluctuate between apartments and luxury hotels on vacation and decided in Bologna we wanted a little more space. I don't disagree with the earlier poster that this is not a "luxury" property but I never thought they touted themselves as... More

My husband and I have been traveling around Asia and Europe for 5 weeks now. We were tired of going from hotel to hotel and we decided to look for a small apartment we could have for our 5 night stay. It was a nightmare from the start. We paid for the biggest room, the Charlie Chapllin, and the first... More

We enjoyed our four nights at this apartment after being in hotels. There was lots of space, an adequate kitchen for our needs [we were not cooking], large bathroom. The apartment was attractive and updated in neutral tones. Two problems while there. The bed was so uncomfortable that we had to take the couch cushions and put them on top... More

Not sure why I had imagined the Adriano Residence to be less than what I saw in the photos and read in the reviews. Perhaps because it all seemed too good to be true? But you know what? It was absolutely a fantastic experience. The building is smack in the center of town so that when you step out you... More

We loved this residence as it was clean, comfortable and super convenient. Samuela the lady at reception was always helpful and cheerful, we would definitely stay here again. The place is right across a bus stop that takes you all the way to the fair and then there's a short walk on the bus ride back but super convenient for... More

This was our first visit to Bologna and were surprised that Adriano Residence was only a short trip by cab (15EU) from the airport! The staff were very welcoming and most helpful. Our room was the 'Humphrey Bogart' and it was very clean and spacious. It was a little noisy at night, but this really was not a problem -... More

I have just returned from a weekend stay at the Adriano Residence. What a delight. This is a simple, no fuss apartment. Clean, nice decor and well finished. Comfortable bed and lounge area. A shower which had a consistent and flow of hot water. Coffee on tap. Fast wifi. Satellite TV - though no English channels. The front of house... More

This is an immaculately clean and suitably furnished collection of self-catering apartments which provide the ideal place to explore the beautiful city of Bologna. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Cleverly, the accommodation faces inward to create a small square, keeping noise at a minimum from the busy street outside. It is well served with transport, but more importantly... More

When I saw that the last review on TA about Adriano Residence was back a year ago, I was a little worried. But then I saw that on booking.com they have a lot more reviews, and most were very positive. A little odd that people were not placing reviews here...I am doing this so you know people are still booking... More

Thanks to Donatella and Francesca, we had a wonderful place to stay in Bologna. We had originally reserved a two-bedroom apt at the Petronio. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the apt wasn't working, and the apt is in too noisy an area to leave the windows open all the time. After an unsuccessful effort to fix the air conditioning, Francesca... More
