The Hotel is ideally located close to the train station and at the beginning of Via de la Independenza that will lead to the old city center. Found good service (not equal along the stay), confortable and clean rooms, very good breakfast. Good value. The only negative aspect is that in such a city, the Hotel would need more character,...

After a 3-night stay in the hotel we had a great time there and would certainly make the choice again. Recommend! On the plus side: - great location, close to the station&city center - new building with large rooms and bathrooms, plenty of elevators and large eating area - very helpful and nice staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning - everyone we...

There are many good things about this Hotel. Is close to the train station, right at the beginning of Via de la Independenzia, a great location since you can walk almost everywhere in the historic center of the city. Friendly front desk, good enough breakfast buffet but: very old fashioned rooms that are in need of an upgrade. Wall to...

The hotel is quite nice. I mean, it's an nh after all, so it's clean and glamorous in general. What I find disturbing is that they charge silly prices for basic needs: a bottle of water for 5€, free wifi yes, but if you want to stream a video you gotta pay. What did I pay that premium for again?

I selected this hotel because it was within walking distance from the Bologna train station. On arrival in late October 16, my travel partner and I were greeted by a very delightful front desk officer, Cyprien. When I asked to upgrade with payment from a standard room to one with tea/coffee making facilities, Cyprien offered one that I could call...

The breakfast is very good and the assortment of products wide. Delighting was the machine that makes various kinds of coffees. The hotel is an standard hotel with 4 stars. The personnel in reception is surpricingly repulsive. It is not nice, that they try f.ex. to sell rooms of higher kategory than a customer has ordered.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station, and easy to find. We had a standard room which was exceptionally large, with a very comfortable bed. The ensuite was also large, and had a bath. There was no kettle in the room, but the obliging bar staff readily filled our travel mugs with hot water on...

Hotel room was not as shown on advert! The room was spacious but needed serious upgrading. We were offered an upgrade but for more money. Was near station and easy access to town. Too many conferences going on

It's a short walk to the train station and also to the buses that go to the center. You can specify an updated room (higher price) which was quite comfortable and large. The bathroom had a tub and shower with good pressure. My only complaint was the A/C,which was barely comfortable. In its defense, it was a very hot 3...

Our stay was in a room on the top floor ... I elected to pay extra for the room and it was worth it. The room faced the rear of the building and there was no road noise. It had tea / coffee making facilities, a shower AND a bath; facilities which were very much appreciated following days of exploring...
