We booked one night at the Resort for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.. it’s very well kept, surrounded by hills and vineyard. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend it, if you’re looking to relax in a beautiful countryside setting then look no further..
This a charming and stylish hotel. We had a very good breakfast with excellent homemade choices and lovely service. The beds are very comfortable. The location is beautiful, in a majestic countryside setting. We came for our daughter’s equestrian competition which was in the same location.
Great location, fabulous restaurant on lake, lovely room.A special stay with good covid 19 measures in place.Lovely setting, clean everywhere.Good breakfast.Pleasant staff.Would recommend and revisit in a heartbeat.
The facilities were very well kept and the setting fantastic with beautiful grounds, gardens, vineyard, abbey. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay - including in assisting with an emergency doctor visit. Spa treatment was excellent. I will definitely return!
The layout of a small village is lovely ( and make sure you look in the church)The breakfast service was a role model for any hotel of how to do it, the food itself, proper made to order coffee and the attitude of the breakfast waitress. The efforts made by the receptionist to provide a room with a bath went beyond the call of duty. All the staff were heplful. The restaurant was good - though not cheap and portion sizes are not huge. One small reservation - Having eaten from the main menu on the first evening, we went back to the restaurant on the second evening for pizza - something a bit plainer and more economical. Although it was really quiet -almost empty - we were only served by the staff apparently doing us a favour and pizza was not on offer. No complaints for the helpful staff though. I guess booking in advance is essential - even when it's quiet. The spa was lovely, but felt a bit pricey. Having to wear costumes in Jakuzzi and sauna is not especially nice compared to spas at home in Netherlands. Overall a very enjoyable and lovely place to stay.…
