Good basic hotel with some bonuses
The room was clean and spacious. The balcony was okay sized, there were no chairs but you can always improvise :) We didn't watch tv so much but there was one english channel available (BBC news channel). Hotels lifts were quite narrow and small but the families did get there stroller to fit in. We dined at the hotel and we were quite pleased with the food. You could choose between two or three choices. Usually the starter was salad buffet, it included of lettuce, tomatoes, white beans, tunafish-rice-salad and filled tomatoes. The buffet varied a little bit every night with different filled vegetable or rice-salad. Table wine (vino de la casa) and water was included to the price. For the maincourse there was always some fish or vegetable choice available. The desserts were quite simple, for example a slice of watermelon or a cup of white chocolate mousse. The restaurant was simplistically decorated, so it's not a place for fine dining lovers. The hotels breakfast was very basic: white bread rolls, toasts, cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, cereal, myesli, sweet pastries, juice and coffee machines. The hotel has a few (I saw 4) bicycles to lend for free. They weren't so great but did their job. The hotels pool was great, I'd guess it's about 23meters long. The downside was that in our travel companys guide it was written that you can use the pool from 6:00 to 20:00. But when we tried to go for a morning swim ( at 7:00) the reseptionist came to say that you can use it only when the lifeguard is at work ( he started at 9:00 and left 18:00). Actually the receptionist just pointed the sign that stated the lifeguards timetable and repeated "lifeguard" word. The one of hotels minuses was that not many of the staff spoke english. I think you would have much better service if you spoke italian. Two of the dinner waiters were wonderful and spoke english and also the cleaning lady always had a sunny smile with morning greeting. It was also nice to have a free use of pingpong table near the pool. There was a computer in general use at the lobby but the internet connection was very slow. We couldn't get the wlan to work either in iPod. If you are a light sleeper you might want to ask a room from the upper floors. We had a room from 3rd floor (with sea view) and we could hear quite well the beach bars karaoke night (it was luckily only one night). The hotel arranged some evening entertaiment at the pool side (two or three nights) but it didn't bother us. The loud music did end at 24:00.

    Tragedy
Avoid this place. No conditioners, no fridge, noise, only old people around, no events. Food terrible. Drinks to select -only water. Other comments were mainly possitive, but really it is a tragedy on the whole.

    Pleasant overnight stay
We stayed here for one night and we were met by very friendly and helpful staff. Our family room was clean and comfortable with a double bed and bunk beds and had a decent balcony overlooking the sea. The hotel is in a good position on the seafront, just a short walk from the main centre. Nice breakfast buffet. We'd be happy to stay here again and for longer.
