Above average room and bathroom,helpful staff , but below-average breakfast. Bad location for Roman holiday.It's tour company's preference. If you have luggage you can't take a bus to go Rome. Taxi fare for Duca d'Este- Rome is €50.
Spent two days at the hotel at the end of August.Too far from the city,virtually non-existent internet connection.Eggs and bacon served for breakfast were cold and pastry stale.Only for those seeking just a roof over their head!
The hotel is NOT anywhere near Tivoli. It reminded me of a 1970's leisure centre.
The bathroom had seen better days.
The receptionists are inattentive, poorly mannered and make you feel like a nuisance.
