Started with very nice and accommodating staff. Pictures on the website were deceiving since the size of the room is small. We booked for 2 adults and a child and the day bed was so close to the queen size bed. Only a small side table in between. Bathroom is small. When we arrived it was not well cleaned and had poop stains. The sink was not properly cleaned and still had food stains. Disappointed with the presentation of the bathroom. Lost AC coldness on our first day and had to complain few times. Receptionist didn’t answer calls when they started getting complaints from us. Got it fixed on Day 3 finally near our departure date. Breakfast place is so small and bar is so small that you wouldn’t even know that it’s there. Food delivery service good and food was good in fairness. Over all could find a better place to stay . Location is great but would pay a little more for a better hotel.…

Dear Valued Guest, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback on your recent stay with us. We are sorry for the misunderstanding it has had regarding the size of the Hotel in general. Being a boutique hotel in a beautiful old building, it does not have access to services due to the lack of space and on the other hand, our customers really appreciate our strategic position in the centre because it is close to all the services that the city can offer. For the next time maybe, it is better to book the bigger room to be able to appreciate the charm of our hotel. About the sink, it was not a matter of dirt, but of a blockage in the pipe which we solved immediately. We apologize also for the air conditioning, but really, we had a big problem and the technicians tried to solve it every day, exactly as we told you. But finally, we solved and fixed everything. I wanted a hotel close to the Spanish steps and Piazza Navona. My wife told me I should always choose a big brand full service hotel. I of course did not listened and chose The Style hotel instead. Our nightmare began at the airport. We landed around 7pm. The airline informed us our luggage did not make it on to the plane. Baggage claim said," We have to wait or come back tomorrow and pick up our luggage. After waiting for 3.5 hours for our luggage, we had to endure a very long and hot Uber ride through traffic to get to our hotel. The time is 11 pm. The long hot and stuffy hour long cab ride through late night traffic was unbearable. My family and I was dead tired when we arrived at The Style Hotel. The front desk asked for my name and passport only to tell me there was something wrong with the room and They had booked us for 1 night at their sister hotel just 10 minutes away. We both knew we just got screwed. My wife use to work for the hotel industries and whispered to me that they had given our room away and we were being walked. The blood started boiling on my face. What the else can go wrong tonight. After another 10 minute cab ride, we arrived at The Tribune hotel. The front desk manager welcomed us to the hotel. At this point we were tired from the heat and hungry from waiting at the airport for over 4 hours. We ate and passed out. The next morning we arrived at The Style hotel at 11:30 AM. only to be told the room wasn't read again. We spent the next hour sitting and napping in the air conditioned lounge. I have never experience heat like this in Rome before. We finally got our room after what seems like hours. The hotel upgraded us to a junior suite with a balcony and sent up some champagne as a way to say we are sorry. The hotel is a boutique hotel and is very small and elegant. The lounge and dining area is small and are connected by a small sitting area that leads to the hallway to the front desk and exit door. Our junior suite is big and very very comfy for my family. The 3 of us spent 2 days laying inside the hotel trying to stay away from the extreme heatwave. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Ali, Khan, Tareq and the rest of the friendly staff made our stay better. On the 5th morning I woke up to some bite marks on my left leg. I assumed they were mosquito bites and applied some Cortizone on it. It didn't dawn on me till I left Rome and got home 3 days later. It appeared to be bed bugs bites on my right leg. I really wish I can give this hotel a better review but it would be dishonest of me. The hotel is located 100 yards from The Spanish Steps. The Trevi fountain, The Pantheon, and Piazza Navona is all within a mile walking distance. There are hundreds of restaurants nearby. From cheap eats to fine dining.…

In the Hotel, we had problems with the air conditioning, so we were obliged to relocate our guests. Unfortunately, this type of accident can happen. We have transferred you to one of our best sister hotels "The Tribune Hotel" with a beautiful terrace near via Veneto. Evidently this solution did not meet your expectations and we apologize for that. We understand your feelings and certainly respect them. For bites, we do extermination regularly so we can't figure out how this is possible. However, walking around the city of Rome, during this period, there are various summer insects. Thank you very much for your nice words about the staff. They take pride in what they do and love their job, willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all our guests with any requests they may have. The hotel is in a great location- just minutes away walking distance from the Spanish steps, great shopping , the metro and the Trevi fountain. We had a deluxe room with a king sized bed and twin bed. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. The bathroom was on a different level which was good since the “bathroom” didn’t have a door to close it off. There was a door to the toilet and bedet but there wasn’t a door to close off the sink and the shower. It was actually fine because it was on a different level from the beds so you did have privacy. The breakfast was very good- plenty to fortify you for all the walking that you’re going to do. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The concierge Cesare was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!He was always looking out to make sure we were happy and had great recommendations for restaurants. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!…

Three days stay in a sauna with no air conditioning. Every day I complained the air conditioning had an error on it and every day they told me the same line that there was a technician there fixing it and it’ll be fixed soon at checkout. They told me the technician is coming tomorrow. as long as I get your money, they really do not care

-Extremely contaminated and Bad room smell and hotel only solution was to open the window after asking us to sign a form that this is done under our responsibility!!! -Dirty sheets in both rooms -Extremely unhelpful front desk -Extra charge of 30-40 euros for eight-year-old kid.

Dear Mr. Ahmed, We are really sorry to hear that you had this feeling considering how the situation had turned out. As we have informed you, we always charge for an extra bed for an eight-year-old child that you have not mentioned at the time of booking. In one room, you informed us that there was a bad smell, so we moved your family by giving an upgrade from a classic room to a beautiful Deluxe room. And also, just to make you happy, we've canceled the extra charge for your child. For safety, we are obliged to ask you to sign a release in order to open all windows and doors to access the balcony. We have been at your complete disposal throughout your stay. So, we really don't understand your feedback. However, we are very disappointed with your feedback but thank you for your time. Location, location, location. This boutique hotel was a very good experience for our first time in Rome. We could walk just about anywhere - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Colosseum tour, Vatican tour, all within walking distance. The staff were very helpful making dinner reservations and helping us with anything that was needed. The complimentary breakfast was decent and made our busy days easy to start. I would stay there again when in Rome!

I was so pleasantly surprised that the pictures actually match the hotel. Wonderful hotel located near everything you need in Rome. The staff speaks good English. Communication with the hotel through email was great as we asked them for assistance with getting a return van to FCO and dinner reservations. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a family room which was a king bed and then a single for our child. Another review said the rooms are dark, but I'd say they actually have appropriate lighting that's easy on the eyes. The bathroom is very modern for Europe, a good shower with good water pressure and hot; I really appreciated that. The breakfast area really is quite good to start a busy day in Rome. We'd definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, lovely clean room, great shower, quiet room & fantastic service & breakfast The location is fantastic, it’s so central, you can literally see the bottom of the Spanish steps area from the main door. We had a room for three at the back of the hotel, so was very quiet. Night time bar staff were very good as were the people on check inn/out & breakfast.
