Casa Mia Guest House is perfect for a visit to Rome - for a couple of days or longer (we stayed for 7 nights). The location is very good - 10/15 mins from St Peter's Square with a good bus service on Via Gregorio that takes you into the centre of Rome. The rooms are spotlessly clean & well appointed with kettle/tea & coffee etc., the rooms are tidied every day & towels changed regularly too. Breakfast is just what you need for a hard day of sightseeing - wonderful pastries, blood orange juice, toasted sandwiches & yogurt. And then there's Tomasso, Sarah, Roseanna & all the crew that look after you...they are all very helpful, kind and fun! Nothing is too much trouble, they really go above and beyond for their guests. We hadn't managed to book tickets for the Borghese Gallery (a must place to visit!) before we left the UK - all the sites said they were sold out - but somehow Tomasso got us 2 tickets & I am truly grateful to him for making sure we got to visit this absolute gem of a gallery!! Thank you to everyone at Casa Mia for making our week extra special.. PS if you're looking for great ice cream then you must try Giolitti's!!!

Stayed in this B&B for three nights from 27th October to 29th October and the only bad side was that we did not stay long enough. The location is perfect, in short distance from the main attractions of Rome. Bus stop which takes you everywhere is a short walk from which has many shops and resteraunts along the way. The rooms are perfect, beautifully decorated, showers are amazing and the room is cleaned daily..spotless! There is no fridge however we purchased a bottle of wine the first night and they even made sure we had wine glasses for the next day! Breakfast is amazing, fresh pastries, lovely coffee and toasties ..enough to fill you up until midday. Hostess and hostesses are so friendly, kind and accommodating.. First class service and you really do feel at home. My partner left his phone out in Rome and we thought it would never be seen again however after a quick message to the guest house we quickly arranged delivery to get the phone back no questions asked. I truly wished we had stayed a few more days and can't wait to return to Rome, we definitely will come back here if we do have the opportunity to revisit. Rome is beautiful and so is Casa Mia Vaticano guest house.

Found this place while searching Rome websites for a place to stay for few days after getting off the ship in Civitavechia. Wanted a place close to the Vatican. What we found out that not only Casa Mia and Tuo Vaticano are close to the Vatican but also that owner and staff are passionate about helping visitors in any possible way they can. Thank you for having us. Thank you Tommaso, thank you Massimo and Rosanna. Hope Andrzej doesn’t wait long with promise to visit again.

Wow what a fantastic place! I came here with my wife and after some issues with our suitcase at the Airport the owners were extremely understanding, kind and helpful. They gave us support with getting transport to their guest house and after our transport was cancelled due to the luggage issue, they supported us to get to the guest house. This set the tone to a fantastic stay where they could not do enough to help us. They booked our trip to the Vatican and gave us directions to all the main sites in Rome alongside some restaurant recommendations. A clean and comfortable stay that we would highly recommend.

Excellent location, nice clean room / apartment, and excellent service. Each morning we woke up and went to the kitchen to be greeted by the amazing staff. They made coffee and breakfast to our liking every day and it was amazing. I felt like royalty when I was there... the hotel staff members are incredibly focused on providing the highest service levels and helped us the entire time. They were superb and really made the experience over the top. We are happy we stayed there... great place...

The reason we chose Rome as our first European city to visit outside of Rome. I was a reluctant Italy traveler , but the people at this small and beautiful hotel are the most amazing , fun and helpful group you could ever meet. The room is small, but spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast and cappuccinos very day with beautiful pastries. You won’t be disappointed. Take the car to and from the airport that they offer. It is expensive, but makes the beginning and end of the trip so stress free.

Myself and my partner have just had four nights at this guest house and it's been so lovely. The woman who we dealt with was absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us (so sorry we didn't catch your name!) All staff members were so welcoming and friendly. They even provide you with a map of the city and happily give you recommendations. Nothing is too much trouble. The location of the guest house is amazing, a bus stop right outside as well as the metro 15 min walk away. However if you don't mind a walk, give or take a few minutes you can walk into central Rome by foot in an hour which we did most of the days. I really would recommend staying here, we will definitely stay again if/when we next come to Rome. Thank you! Jennifer

Small cosy B&B at just a few minutes from the Vatican. Rooms are well equipped, water boiler for your tea or coffee. Breakfast is perfectly prepared with lovely cappuccino. The price vs value is in perfect balance. This is your base for exploring the beautiful city of Rome!

First I right it in English because everyone should have the chance to understand 🥰. We are just back in Germany. But it was really great to stay in Casa Mia Vaticano. You made our holiday perfect. Because of you we surely will visit Rome again. Rome is nice but you all together made it perfect 🤩. Greetings also to Tomaso and his daughter.
