I stayed at this hotel several years ago when it was part of Tablet hotels. It was beautiful. After a few years there has been some wear and tear but nothing that a can of paint couldn't handle. The price and location are excellent and just a short ten minute metro to the Coliseum. We were jet lagged and asked... More

During our stay we had some ups and downs at Hotel Pulitzer. THE ROOM: We got a Superior Room, really good looking interior and a huge terass with a view (next to the terass with shared jacuzzi). In the bathroom we had a bathtub and the nice design continues to impress, unfortunately I could have wished for a higher clealiness... More

This was a lovely looking and quirky hotel within easy reach of cereal Rome. The breakfast was great service excellent. There was a hot tub on roof to wash the city grime away. The food unfortunately was average! But for the price I would recommend and being outside the city help us relax of an evening.

We had a great stay. Our room was beautiful, the bed was very good and we slept like babies. The room was carefully cleaned every day. The breakfast was exceptionally good, best we've ever had in a hotel. Different types of bread, pancakes, a toaster, a lot of fresh fruit, different types of yoghurt and cruesli, muesli, cornflakes. Ham, cheese,... More

The hotel is lovely and calming from the hot summers in Rome. Good food , spotlessly clean , lovely rooms and bar area. Food is of a good standard . Wonderful breakfast selection. And of course sweet jacuzzi on roof. Would reccomend . Conveniently close by metro to central Rome. However the surrounding area , although I felt 'safe' doesn't... More

We stayed here for one night as there was a mix up with our hotel and they put us in here for the night. The room was lovely and we had dinner in the restaurant as we didn't find any other food place near by (it was a bank holiday). The pasta is the best I have tasted so far.... More

Recently visited Rome with my friend and we stayed at the Hotel Pulitzer. The hotel was exactly like the photos which you don't always get so we were happy about that. The hotel is modern with friendly staff and (a nice selection of sweets in the lobby). The room is quite big with a moderately sized bedroom leading onto the... More

Located 5 min walk to Marconi metro station. Excellent staff and so very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat here but had a drink in the bar. Everywhere spotless and nicely furnished. Not much room for storage in the bedrooms, but ok for a short weekend. I would have given 5 stars but knocked one off for the area. Didn't bother... More

Really nice hotel. We are here for three nights and have a room slightly outside of the main building by the gym which is lovely and feels like we have a hidden corner to ourselves. The breakfast is great, there is lots of choice to please everyone and a pancake machine that would be a hit with kids (I felt... More

A modern building, centrally situated and within walking distance of the Marconi metro station, nice size rooms, very comfortable. Reasonable prices. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. English spoken. Breakfast was quite good. Recommend for short periods.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Pulitzer has 83 double rooms including 1 junior suite. The style is chic & glamour due to the use of luxury materials and finishes, starting from the flooring in Wenge coloured wood that matches the colour of the fabrics and furnishings ranging from white to black, and taking in shades of brown to create a warm, welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms of the rooms are a modern interpretation of the 1920s New York style using small ceramic tiles, in this case in black, which go well with the Wenge wood flooring and the contemporary style sanitary fixtures. ... more   less
