This hotel was wonderful both prior to coming, with all my questions and while we were there. Friendly service and staff and clean rooms. The hotel is not flashy but has all the thing you need and even some you do not, like heated towel racks.

Stayed here post cruise. It`s a 10 minute walk from Termini Station and GPS took us straight there. Even though we got there at 11AM Giovani got us a great room on the 1st floor. There was actually room to move around (opposed to other European flats) comfortable beds, room safe, quad-bolt front door, safe part of town AC worked... More

We first came here 4 years ago - and nothing much has changed (in a good way). We even seem to be in the same room. Breakfast is fine , rooms are comfortable, the shower works fine, all you need for a good value hotel. The local area is quiet but with plenty of good value trattorias and a good... More

We stayed here only for one night prior to our departure back home following a 3 week holiday. Checkin was quick, friendly and our luggage taken to our rooms for us. The room was perhaps the smallest one we had over our 3 weeks, but it serviced our needs. Front of house staff were helpful, Peter (I think) was most... More

we stayed for the 4th time in the Crosti hotel and it was like we had expected, relaxed no fuzz and friendly staff , especially the lady who is in charge in the breakfast room. Always enough towels and the tips and service at the front desk are always friendly and professional.

The hotel is a good base and that's all really. About 10 minutes walk from the main attractions so good for exploring Rome. The rooms are extremely basic. If you are wanting a plush room don't stay here but they are clean, bed is comfortable and of a fairly decent size so pretty much spot on for a city break.... More

We considered the Crosti Hotel to be situated in a very good location for visiting Rome. It is a short walk from the main Termini Station which meant we could easily catch the Metro to the sights we wanted to see. It was in a quiet neighbourhood with a cafe bar opposite, small shop diagnally opposite and a couple of... More

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the hotel is very close to main railway station and the rooms are " FUNCTIONAL" they are very basic but if you are just looking to sleep and have breakfast they are perfect. The staff are very helpful and very friendly and will help with instructions on how to get around the... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
