Fifteen Keys is a wonderful hotel in an amazing neighborhood of Rome. It’s in the heart but perfectly peaceful making it the ideal place to jump off from and explore the city while being able to retreat to peace any time of the day. The room was superbly comfortable and clean. The shower was a welcome surprise of lavishness. The staff was attentive, helpful with our tourist questions and accommodating. We arrived well early KD our check in time and were able to store our luggage for the day and explore Rome without that burden. The breakfast was delicious and offered anything you could want yo start your day. I really couldn’t recommend Fifteen Keys highly enough.

Hotel's Favorite
We loved our stay here, the hotel itself is small but modern, clean and with lovely guest areas. Our room was spacious and had everything we could want, and the balcony made a great place to sit at the end of the day. Set in the heart of Monti, the hotel is just 5 minutes to the Metro, 10 minute walk to the main train station, colosseum and forum and just 15 minutes from the Pantheon/Trevi fountain. You couldn't ask for a better position really. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was great, and just around the corner from an amazing gelato place. We loved Rome and would definitely come back - probably because our hotel was so great.

To sum up: The Fifteen Keys Hotel was excellent from start to finish and exceeded our expectations. It is a 5 star 4 star hotel! The hotel arranged pick-up from the airport in a premium car with an excellent driver that took us straight to the hotel after an early flight. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the staff who made us a cappuccino to be enjoyed in the quaint courtyard while our bags were taken to our room. We stayed in the Delxue Blue Room which was spacious and elegantly furnished, and also included a private terrace as well as a coffee machine. A luxurious shower and a well stacked mini bar added to a great impression. The room looked even better than in the pictures. The hotel itself is situated in the lovely Monti area, surrounded by great restaurant, cafes and bars. It is also within walking distance from most sights and other interesting neighborhoods. The staff is super attentive and helped us with restaurant recommendations, taxi and airport transport booking and provided us with breakfast outside regular hours. They really made us feel at home and all of them deserves the highest of praise. The hotel breakfast selection is really good and the coffee is, as expected in Italy, excellent. However, a few minor things that would have made the hotel even better (albeit from an already very high standard): The bed was somewhat too hard to our personal taste; and The room could have been even more soundproof (even though it could be discussed whether this is part of the charm of a big city). All in all, a stylish and homely boutique hotel. We will not be staying anywhere else when returning to the Eternal City.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful place in Monti. On arrival we were upgraded to a spacious room facing the street and all the way through our stay we were treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff. The hotel is very well placed in Monti with easy access to the main sights, but the real deal is the Monti area with all the small boutiques and good restaurants and cafes. Thanks for letting us feel like friends of the house and, yes, we'll be back ( even if we didn't throw coins in the Trevi fountain).

Our stay at The Fifteen Keys was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and accommodating even going out and having dairy free breakfast options for my lactose intolerant wife. The only "issue" was the wifi was slow and spotty.
