Very welcoming and helpful staff in this boutique hotel near the Termini station in the Monti neighborhood, on Via Urbana, only 15 rooms. We had a room on the top floor that was accessed through a terrace, which was wonderful in the evenings while drinking some wine, purchased in a store next door. Comfortable and restful modern rooms, great shower. Terrific breakfast buffet with fresh smoothies, cappuccino, breads and eggs, either in doors or on patio. We found several good restaurants down the street and around the area. Highly recommended.
Outstanding customer service from the small team running this 15 room hotel that really makes this a ‘must-return’ hotel. Very comfortable stay in a clean room , huge bed, wonderful shower , umbrellas , coffee machine and more!. Good choice offered at breakfast with daily freshly made juices , home made cakes and bread. The team here were exceptionally helpful with excellent local restaurant recommendations, organizing Covid PCR tests at a local clinic for our onward flights, printing passenger locator forms etc. Finally, the location for us was perfect - Monti has a local neighborhood feel, and less touristy than the more central districts but within easy walk of the wonders of Rome.
After staying in a few hotels on our honeymoon this has by far been our favourite. Other places have been good but this place hit the mark on all fronts. Staff super friendly and helpful even when I was being annoying. Good quality generous breakfast. Nice quiet air-conditioned room with large modern bathroom and good shower. Cute quiet courtyard for drinks and breakfast. The location is also super close to the Colloseum and other attractions but not too close to the super touristy areas so you can still find nice restaurants and cafes.
Just back from a wonderful stay in the Fifteen Keys.We booked on the basis of a great review in a national newspaper and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is in a very interesting street full of great restaurants, bars and independent shops. It is a five minute walk from the nearest metro and ten minutes from the coliseum. We were given a hugely friendly welcome by the staff on arrival and this friendliness continued throughout our stay. The rooms are lovely with high ceilings, nice decoration and interesting artwork. The hotel is immaculately clean. We enjoyed a nightly drink in the lovely little courtyard area within the hotel which was very atmospheric. We could not recommend this hotel enough. We’ll be back!
Our stay at The Fifteen Keys couldn’t be better. The location is great. The hotel is in a quiet part o Via Urbana, one of the main streets of Monti, a lively neighborhood full of restaurants, bars and shops. You can easely walk to most main attractions in Rome. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. Our room and bathroom were large and very confortable. We had a balcony facing the gorgeous internal patio. But the best part is the staff. Everybody is so kind and attentive. Everyone knew I was travelling with my wife to celebrante my 50th birthday. it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house. Besides usual demands like restaurants recomendations and reservations, they promptly responded unusual requests like an appointment for a wet shave or the best place to find fresh truffles. In summary, The Fifteen Keys is the best hotel in Roma.…
The only issue you have is trying to find the hotel as it blends into the street. The staff are all excellent and nothing is too much trouble, I particularly enjoyed the mystery smoothie / fruit juice we got at breakfast. Room was clean and had pretty much everything you needed, we even had hair straighteners. Would definitely come again!
Great location. Close to the city and the area had a great local feel to it. Lovely boutique shops and restaurants close by. The staff and manager was very friendly. Hotel was modern and very clean. Large selection of fresh food for breakfast.
Fantastic Boutique Hotel in the heart of Rome! Staff was second to none and beyond helpful with restaurant recommendations and sites. Felt very authentic and the hotel did not skip on the details. We loved our room on the top floor :). The lobby lounge and cafe are quaint and properly provisioned
Stayed here 3 nights with 2 teenage boys; lovely hotel, staff booked restaurants and couldn't have been nicer. Great location, on a quiet street in the Monti neighborhood but 10/15 min walk to the the colosseum/forum, with some great restaurants in the vicinity. Nice breakfast, great room. Highly recommend!
Spent an amazing two nights at the end of our long-awaited (thanks Covid!) honeymoon. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; we arrived early from our cruise and while our room wasn’t ready we did receive a text about 2 hours later letting us know our room was ready. Also on our 2nd night we were exhausted from the heat and opted to forego dinner in favour of a take-out pizza and Netflix in our room…not a problem when we enquired at the desk, they even went so far as to offer us plates and cutlery. The room (no 6) was on the 2nd floor, facing the courtyard and had a little balcony. Bathroom was large, with a fabulous rainfall shower with great pressure. Breakfast was amazing; a really varied spread…hot breakfast items, fruit, cereals, yoghurts, pastries even orange juice and prosecco for a little morning tipple! Loved every minute of our stay and really hope to come back, would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an immaculately clean hotel in a great location with really great staff.…
