Hotel's Favorite
We loved our stay here, the hotel itself is small but modern, clean and with lovely guest areas. Our room was spacious and had everything we could want, and the balcony made a great place to sit at the end of the day. Set in the heart of Monti, the hotel is just 5 minutes to the Metro, 10 minute walk to the main train station, colosseum and forum and just 15 minutes from the Pantheon/Trevi fountain. You couldn't ask for a better position really. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was great, and just around the corner from an amazing gelato place. We loved Rome and would definitely come back - probably because our hotel was so great.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend just in time before the UK-Italy quarantine restrictions kicked in. It was quite a difficult journey because on arrival to Rome airport we had to queue for three hours to get an unpleasant swab test. When we did arrive at the hotel, we weren't allowed in for 20 minutes because they were filming Mission: Impossible on our road! However, when we did finally get in, the staff were charming and immediately brought us each a beer and some snacks to help us unwind. Throughout our stay, they couldn't have been more friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and polite. The only thing that stops this being a five-star review was just a couple of improvements that could be made. There were no bath robes provided, and no iron in the room. You had to call down to reception to get one brought up which was slightly less than ideal. Also, the lift is quite noisy and you can often hear people coming and going quite clearly even in your room. However, the bathroom was lovely and we thought the breakfast was excellent. While there could be a couple of small improvements, overall we loved our stay here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a low-key but charming hotel.

Dear Sam_Allen13, thank you for sharing your opinion. It is unfortunate to know that your arrival in Italy has been stressing, but luckily you had a good welcoming here with us and you could relax a bit after that difficult journey. Thanks for your words about the staff, they are very appreciated. It is also really nice to know that you loved breakfast. Your suggestions for improvements will be taken into account, but we would like to clarify that we provide bath robes if requested, as well as iron and board which we promptly bring in the rooms when needed, since not everybody loves to have them around when on holiday :) Thanks again for choosing us and we hope to welcome you again for future trips to Rome! Kind regards, Serena

Perfect hotel right near Terminii train station. Stylish and unassuming, we walked past first time as it is so discreet. The decor is tasteful and we received a free upgrade to a stunning large room. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended and great value for money x
