Next time we go to Rome, we will book this hotel. Why? The room was very nice, seemed newly remodeled. The location is perfectly central to all major attractions in Rome. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast here was also great! They had a wide variety of food and it was fresh. But the main reason you should book this hotel is the amazing staff. We needed help finding a PCR test during Christmas in Rome and Davide at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. We were so appreciative of his diligence. He made several calls trying to help us. This hotel is lucky to have him.

Location of the hotel is amazing for first timer. So close to good restaurants and cafes. Reception staff is so helpful. They arranged everything for us. From tours to restaurant reservations. Charming hotel and well designed rooms. Lots of options for breakfast.

If I could give this lovely hotel a 10 stars I certainly would. Besides the perfect location, the hotel is very nicely decorated, the rooms are quite nicely furnished and very spacious. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating and the buffet breakfast is great. We recently stayed 8 nights at this hotel and were very, very well pleased. We normally travel to Rome twice a year and usually stay in an apartment but this time with COVID we decided to stay at a hotel and we must say that this hotel was a great find. During this trip we were out shopping near St. Peters Basilica and I unfortunately fell and broke my ankle. I cannot overly stress how kind and helpful the staff was to me and my husband. I must mention Davide the desk clerk was especially kind as he and another staff member Michele got a chair from the bar area and with my husband carried me to the elevator and then to our room. Davide then arranged to acquire a wheelchair for me and helped with all other arrangements until we returned home. The breakfast staff was also very accommodating as they would bring us breakfast up to our room every morning. This is the perfect hotel for us in Rome and we will be back as soon as my ankle is healed.

This was my wife’s and my second stay at the Palazzo Navona, and the hotel was as good as we remembered it! In a nutshell, we find the hotel’s style very appealing, it’s rooms comfortable, and it’s staff accommodating (more on that in a minute). And they do it at a price that strikes me as a good value, which is one reason we returned. My wife and I are both lovers of art and architecture. We have visited Rome numerous times, and this hotel is very well situated for us, as it is located between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon (which is number one on my architectural power rankings). It is around the corner from the deservedly legendary Caffe San Eustachio, and basically down the street from San Luigi dei Francesi, where Caravaggio’s incredible St Matthew paintings are located. Yet, the location is quiet and not overwhelmed with tourists. It has a cool rooftop bar, with a great view of the very sculptural dome of Borromini’s St Ivo alla Sapienza, which is across the street. It is also a short walk from the hotel to Armando al Pantheon, Salumeria Roscioli and many other foodie favorites. It is wonderful to have all these things so close by. We went to Sicily after our stay in Rome, and after we got there I discovered that I was missing my new prescription sunglasses. I emailed the hotel and they responded that they had found the sunglasses, and made arrangements for their return. This may seem like a simple thing, but for me it helped cement a level of trust and security that helps make this hotel feel like a true home away from home.

Stayed here in September. It is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Rome to its maximum. Central Location to all the main tourist places. It is close to many great restaurants and shopping and easy walking to the outer neighbors across the tiber, including Vatican City and Trastevere. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast at the hotel was a perfect start to each day and the rooftop a beautiful sunset ending. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern and extremely quiet due to newer soundproof windows that open for a nice breeze at night. This is likely my new go to spot when staying in Rome.
