We had a fabulous 4 nights here. We had the basic room but it was absolutely brilliant. The room was really clean and well equipped - we loved the Aqua di Parma toiletries and reed diffuser! The cleaning staff are brilliant, the hotel was spotless and our room looked lovely when we came back each evening. There is a safe, hairdryer, tea and coffee all supplied. The minibar was really reasonably priced. There is no divider between the room and the shower. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be a privacy issue for others who aren’t couples. It also meant our room did get quite hot after the shower was used and since the window doesn’t open we had to put the aircon on to try and cool it down which took a while. This wasn’t a major problem but I imagine it could get somewhat uncomfortable in the summer. The staff are brilliant, so professional and friendly. We had our cases taken up to our room for us which was a really kind gesture. They also helped us by booking a taxi for us back to the airport. The food at breakfast was really good and lots of it. The location of the hotel is unbeatable in our opinion, all of the major attractions are walking distance with the furthest being about 30 minutes walk away, we never used any public transport as everything was so accessible. If we come to Rome again we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else!

After trying several different hotels the last few years, I finally found a perfect one for me. It's in a classic building, nicely renovated inside with sleek comfortable rooms where everything works and, unlike some modern hotels, the lights are easy to turn on and off. Upgraded to "open suite" which means the rooms are a bit larger, with a partial divider in the middle of the room with a TV above a desk that partially separates the bed area from the sofa area. One-sink bathroom small but adequate in size for one person at a time, with separate stall for toilet, and combo bath/shower. Overall impression: clean, sleek, quiet. My room opened to courtyard--no great view, just across 30 meters or so to next building. Other rooms open to the street, which isn't busy. Location is ideal, a block or two off the se corner of the Piazza of same name. Close to many things you want in Rome, like restaurants, sights, etc. While the rooms don't have special views, the rooftop bar does. Iconic 360 view of Rome rooftops and church steeples. Hard to beat that. And staff is welcoming and professional. Buffet breakfast is plentiful. Fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon, pastries, cereals including muesli, coffee to order, and more. I give it five stars because it excels in its boutique category. Mind you, it doesn't pretend to be the Ritz but you certainly get your money's worth, and more.

This is such a charming hotel. Great location. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would mention the showers did not have a door or shower curtain and they did not have wash cloths. I am not a world traveler so this may not be unusual to others. We would definitely go back!

First of all, the staff at the Palazzo Navona were consistently professional, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is well-appointed and centrally located for easy access to most tourist sites and many excellent restaurants (including their own spectacular rooftop terrace restaurant). Our room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed, and also had a large balcony that ran the length of the room. The included breakfast was good with most of the typical breakfast items as expected. Highly recommend!

Our 3rd stay at this hotel and it keeps getting better. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly and professional staff all wanting to help make your stay as perfect as possible. Our room was on the 3rd floor and absolutely stunning it was perfectly cleaned very day with fresh towels and bedding.. The rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was amazing with excellent staff serving fantastic cocktails and snacks as well as a excellent food menu. Our breakfast was really good which sets you up for the many hours of walking and sightseeing.. The hotel is only a short distance from lots of the most iconic places to visit in Rome. With lots of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Rome.. we’ll certainly be back to this outstanding Hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I will give the property 6 Stars if it was an option. I highly recommend it and will stay here again if we are back in Rome. Stayed at the Palazzo Navona for 2 nights (Sep. 15 -17, 2022). We were 3 adults and booked a room with a queen bed and our son slept in the sofa bed. The room was spacious and there was lots of room to move around with 3 adults, 3 luggage and 3 backs packs . Modern room furnishing and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean and spacious and with Aqua Parma toiletries. There is a room safe for your valuables. Key to a really excellent hotel is a well maintained infrastructure - clean rooms, well maintained bathroom, good water pressure and unending supply of hot water - all of which was there during our stay. Linens and towels are also very new/fluffy (the hotel also provides complimentary robe and room slippers (slippers we should have taken with us to our next destination/hotel in Venice - ha! - that will be a different review). Our rate included breakfast and the buffet had a good mix of hot dishes (potato, egg, bacon) , cold cuts, fruits, pastries, cereal/yogurt, hot/cold drinks. Select this option as it is a perfect way to start your day instead of wondering around where to eat (I think breakfast is served at 7:30 - check with the front desk). There was no view to the room - our window opened up to and was looking at an interior area where the ventilation was and NO complains there as my booking did not mention any kind of view . Just mentioning to level set expectations. I do remember that there are rooms with a view (but they were sold out during our stay) . Book in advance so you have options (which we did not - I think we book with only 8 weeks before the stay). The hotel helped booked a car service from the airport and the car/driver communicated with us hours in advance of our landing in Rome. Our flight from Paris was delayed and he was there outside the arrival area with his sign. You pay the driver directly but the hotel helps with the booking which I highly recommend this service . It was 70 euros for 3 people/e luggage and a 5 series BMW per the booking (but we ended up with a Mercedes - no complains there!) Don't know how much the taxi fare is from the airport to center of Rome but I also wanted to save ourselves of trying to figure out if we got ripped off or not (there are a lot of post about getting overcharged by the taxi ). The hotel has a very perfect location ...walking distance to most popular sites - Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi fountain etc. Lots of restaurants, café along the way. There is a convenience store around the corner to load up on your water. They have a rooftop which we did not get to use (ran out of time) for drinks but we went up to have a look and the view is perfect for sunset drinks or just to unwind after visiting the sites - don't miss it. The bellboy who helped us with our luggage was very helpful as I asked him for restaurant recommendation and he actually recommended one I had researched (Osteria Da Furtanata who is having moment in the vlogs, Instagram, etc.) I asked if he can call since they never answered their phone when I tried to book a table. He did say they don't take reservation but he will call/see what he can do. 5 minutes later he came back to the room and said I have a dinner reservation at 8 under the hotel's name (he told us he walked to the restaurant to book the table! - well done and I wrote his name so I can thank him when I write this review but now I can't find my notes). Who ever was the bellhop on Thursday 9/15 between 5 - 7 pm - thank you again!. Talk about customer service). The front desk will help get a taxi if you need one so you are not wondering around looking for one. (Side Note - I saw a review about getting scammed by a taxi called by the front desk. That is NOT on the hotel and as someone who has travelled both in Europe and South East Asia - when you enter the cab look for the meter and ask for it to be dropped . If they don't drop it and tell you it is a flat rate as for the rate. If you don't agree with the rate - then get out. Research is key and have situational awareness of how much the taxi trip should cost so you can make an informed decision.) We will definitely come back to this hotel and I highly recommend it!!! Thank you again Palazzo Navona and the team for making our stay in Rome enjoyable!!! This is our second visit to Rome and our stay at Palazzo Navonna made the second time even more memorable. I Highly recommend this hotel. RSJ, LBS and DJS

We were staying in Singer Palace before here so will do a comparison. Our stay is comfortable, we booked the cheapest room which is around 375 euro for an overnight stay (we have two big luggage and two cabin luggage). Bellboy was not around when we arrived but as soon as he saw us, he extend his help. There is one guy from the reception who we find outstanding. He seem quite young? He has a very good customer service skills which is what you expect from the reception. We were also allowed to do early checked in. The rooftop bar had a wonderful view. Now the tricky part, we asked if they can help to register our rental car since the hotel is located within ztl. We plan to stop the car in front of the hotel once we check out to avoid difficulty with the luggages. The reception said it’s not possible and suggested to take a taxi to the rental car with our luggages. How come Singer Palace hotel manage to do this for us when we arrived in Rome? On our check out day, another bellboy was assigned and expected us to carry our own luggages, that’s a minus points. We asked the bellboy if he could tell the taxi driver to drop us to the car rental but he refused and suggested to tell ourselves to taxi driver just show from our phone. I think the bellboy can’t understand that there could be some language barrier that’s why we are asking for the hotel help. Also we are aware of the taxi scammers who don’t follow the meter price. Unfortunately this taxi they booked for us scammed us. Extremely unhappy as we think it could have been avoided if they remind their guests and speak to the taxi driver directly. We were charged for 35 euro for a 3.2 km distance.

Dear Shadsylady87, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent experience at Palazzo Navona Hotel. I am indeed concerned to see that your experience with us was not fully up to your satisfaction, and that you felt let down by some aspects of your stay and I would like to apologise for the disappointment generated from the taxi experience. Our guest feedback is extremely important to us, for that reason as you already know, I promptly and personally contacted the taxi company of Rome and prepared a formal dispute to them. We do hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, at which time we will spare no efforts in providing you with the perfect visit. Best regards, Federica Zaino Hotel Manager

Only for the rooftop bar. This was a fabulous view of the sunset and area. The drinks were super and the food just ok. Go for drinks only or apps. The servers all seemed to have been on their first day of work! The cost is confusing too. We did not understand what was coming food wise.
