We stayed here in September 2020, the hotel is perfectly located to see all the main sites in Rome.

Upon arrival our temperatures were checked and our room was spotlessly clean, and daily cleaning took place in our rooms, creating reassurance in these difficult times.

The rooms are boutique style, modern bathroom with rainforest shower, and gorgeous black marble floors, good air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, and is table service, order taken and delivered to your table, I assume this would normally be self service, and adapted for COVID 19, a good continental breakfast.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly, and were great at arranging transport when required.

There is a stunning roof terrace with outstanding views of Rome, including the Pantheon, and st peters basilica dome!

We walked to all the main tourist sites from the hotel, including the colosseum & Roman forum, Vatican City and Spanish steps, all were pleasant walks.

The piazza Navona is a few steps away from the hotel and has lots of lovely restaurants and bars, and of course gelato stores!

We loved this hotel and location and would highly recommend a visit.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions in Rome.

The décor was stylish, the room décor was only ok in my opinion, but the rooftop terrace was my absolute favourite. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful with the right service mindset. I especially liked how the breakfast was arranged during this covid pandemic: the waitress would give all the things you wanted from the buffet so not everybody would touch the tongs or spoons.

Few little things just raise this hotel to another level: how they take your luggage up to your room, how you get a lovely snack assortment with your drink at the bar, Aqua di Parma products in the bathroom. I just happened to stay at another hotel in Madrid which was supposed to have the same rating and I found that I was missing there a lot of things that I had in Palazzo Navona Hotel. If I have to say something negative, it would be that you could hear the noise from the streets through the windows but that is probably the same in all over since us Finns are used to triple windows back home.

This hotel provided a really welcoming and comfortable base for our short city break. The location is fantastic - short walking distance to Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish Steps, with Vatican approx 30 mins walk away. The Piazza Navona is a charming square off which are lots of little streets with busy bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were really helpful, offering advice and recommendations to some great restaurants, like Mimi and Coco and Emma. We had a classic room which was tastefully and comfortably furnished and a good size. The rooftop bar would be super when the weather warms up.
We’ll definitely come back here next time in Rome. A huge thank you to the great staff who made us so welcome!

Stayed here in September. It is the perfect place to stay to enjoy Rome to its maximum. Central Location to all the main tourist places. It is close to many great restaurants and shopping and easy walking to the outer neighbors across the tiber, including Vatican City and Trastevere. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast at the hotel was a perfect start to each day and the rooftop a beautiful sunset ending. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern and extremely quiet due to newer soundproof windows that open for a nice breeze at night. This is likely my new go to spot when staying in Rome.

After trying several different hotels the last few years, I finally found a perfect one for me. It's in a classic building, nicely renovated inside with sleek comfortable rooms where everything works and, unlike some modern hotels, the lights are easy to turn on and off. Upgraded to "open suite" which means the rooms are a bit larger, with a partial divider in the middle of the room with a TV above a desk that partially separates the bed area from the sofa area. One-sink bathroom small but adequate in size for one person at a time, with separate stall for toilet, and combo bath/shower. Overall impression: clean, sleek, quiet. My room opened to courtyard--no great view, just across 30 meters or so to next building. Other rooms open to the street, which isn't busy. Location is ideal, a block or two off the se corner of the Piazza of same name. Close to many things you want in Rome, like restaurants, sights, etc. While the rooms don't have special views, the rooftop bar does. Iconic 360 view of Rome rooftops and church steeples. Hard to beat that. And staff is welcoming and professional. Buffet breakfast is plentiful. Fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs and bacon, pastries, cereals including muesli, coffee to order, and more. I give it five stars because it excels in its boutique category. Mind you, it doesn't pretend to be the Ritz but you certainly get your money's worth, and more.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location in a wonderful city. No more than a minutes’ walk away from the magnificent Piazza Navona and its surrounding side streets with a plethora of great restaurants and bars; I could not recommend the Palazzo Navona Hotel highly enough. Modern décor, lovely clean and tidy bedrooms, excellent breakfast and such kind, helpful and attentive staff. A real pleasure to have just spent three nights staying there. However, I must take serious issue with the previous idiotic review of the guest from Denmark. The rooftop terrace was still open to guests but yes it was not serving drinks as they would have liked; perhaps because like many cities and hotels around the world their business has been severely affected by a downturn in trade due to Covid19 and have accordingly had to adjust their own staffing and public safety costs accordingly. Almost all hotels these days expect you to provide passport and credit card verification and, in these times, if a simple temperature check on arrival is an inconvenience then I suggest you stay at home in Denmark. The necessary safety checks at the Palazzo Navona were both highly professional and reassuring. Needless to say I won’t be visiting Denmark but would definitely return without question to the Palazzo Navona Hotel. Finally, just a quick shout out to Mr.100 Tiramisu, just 50 or so yards around the corner from Palazzo Navona Hotel, for quite possibly the best fine wine, meats, cheese and hand-made tiramisu anywhere in Rome; and maybe even in Italy. A wonderful stay and a huge thank you to everyone at the Palazzo Navona Hotel.

We booked the Open Suite Terrace and this will be now be our new go to hotel. The rooms are furnished well, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable, the terrace faces opposite the street so no view but great sun and relaxing to have a drink day/night, the a/c and overall room are quiet, the curtains are blackout. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially, the guys in the rooftop bar they are amazing at service they alone had us talking about going back as did the view. The location is absolutely perfect for food, boutique shops and sights like Pantheon,Piazza Navona etc all of which are within a 2-5 minute walk. I wish they had a loyalty program is how good this place is worth returning too and we will be back later this year in September.

Great Hotel well placed to visit Pantheon, Trevi Fountain , Colosseum, Piazza Navona . Stayed here for three nights , first night was not the best start , woken up to lots of noise coming from the street our room was 105 situated above reception and opposite bar which was across the road , it must have lasted over three hours on and off , eventually got to sleep gone three .We we’re concerned that this might happen again , and requested a room change . We got lucky a room had just become available and we moved to level four at rear of Hotel . Receptionist Andrea was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue and made it stress free by getting Denis to help move our stuff , big thank you to you both .

Bedrooms were very comfy , bed and pillows memory foam after a long day walking a blessing just to crash out on, walk in shower , plenty of storage , room was decorated in a modern style and spotlessly clean , as were everywhere in the hotel .

Enjoyed the breakfast , great variation of cold buffet items , to a small selection of cooked . plenty of fruit and pastries

What made this hotel complete for us was the staff attentive nothing was to much trouble , and always had a way of making you feel valued.

Icing on the cake was the roof top bar , great way to chill after busy day .

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The location is excellent. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was good. The room was quiet. We got the 35 sq. meter room, which had a double bed and a single bed and another single pull out bed. This room was expensive. The room was partially partitioned in the middle by a large armoire and didn't feel as big as I expected. The bathroom was in 3 sections: toilet, sink and shower/tub. The sink area was open to the whole room. The toilet area could be isolated from sink area only by a sliding frosted glass door. The shower area was open to the sink area - no way to isolate it!!!! This arrangement is apparently not a problem for just our family, because when we asked the bellhop about it, he went off and produced a folding floor screen, which we placed across the opening from the sink area to the room. Not ideal but workable. He made a comment that they are modifying the rooms (slowly?) to address this egregious design error.

Our 3rd stay at this hotel and it keeps getting better. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly and professional staff all wanting to help make your stay as perfect as possible. Our room was on the 3rd floor and absolutely stunning it was perfectly cleaned very day with fresh towels and bedding..
The rooftop terrace bar and restaurant was amazing with excellent staff serving fantastic cocktails and snacks as well as a excellent food menu. Our breakfast was really good which sets you up for the many hours of walking and sightseeing.. The hotel is only a short distance from lots of the most iconic places to visit in Rome. With lots of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Rome.. we’ll certainly be back to this outstanding Hotel.

We stayed in the open suite last month. It is one large room with a sofa bed that opens to a full/queen size bed. Along with the king size bed. The one bathroom had a walk in shower.
