We stayed for 4 nights in a private room for 2 with ensuite washroom. The room and washroom were very clean. Great location – about an 8 minute walk to Termini. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They advised us of laundry locations and even provided us with croissants and juice boxes for the morning that we had to... More

Stayed in private room for two, with a private toilet. Room was nice and clean, but a bit too small. Room had a closet, nigh stands, mini fridge and a small TV. Arrived there middle of the night and was still able to access my room with the arrangements the staff made even with a short notice. Location is excellent,... More

Stayed there for 5 nights post cruise. Our room had a private bath, we paid for AC. Pino was very helpful, gave us excellent tips and advice each morning while we had our cappuccinos . Given its location near Roma Termini it was very quiet, clean and safe location. The family operate the Trattoria al Camoscio D'Abruzzo, reasonably priced, excellent... More

Staff are great, location is central but still quiet. Very safe location. 3 mins to closest Metro and about 8 mins to Termini. We arrived early but were checked in early and left our bags on our last day for a late departure. Definitely recommend.

Staff ( bad with remembering names sorry! ) are AMAZING. Missed our flight and we were so upset, they helped us book another room, get a cab and even helped us look through the trash for a mistakenly (by us) tossed invasalign retainer. They honestly turned a bad day into a good one. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.... More

This B&B is in a great location; just minutes walk from Termini train station. There is a metro station just around the corner and buses can be caught from Termini to all around the city however it is also possible to walk into town. The room was nice and very clean, wifi was available. The bathroom was shared, but always... More

This hotel is really close to Termini (train station) - literally a five minute walk. On the way is a grocery store and there are restaurants nearby. The room we had faced the street, and having the window open definitely let in the noise, but we didn't find it bad at all. The night breeze was welcome, and waking up... More

The BB is not far from Termini Station, walking distance. Have restaurant around, but our room is near the road then it is too noisy during the night time even at 2 am. The BB name is too small then you may have to pay attention on it. Be ready with the BB as there is no elevator with your... More

We rode the trains everywhere, so this B&B was in a great location being just a short walk from the Roma Termini. The neighborhood was safe and quiet which was great for sleeping! Would recommend this B&B while visiting Rome.

We had a very good experience here. Most of the staff speaks English. The b&b is located very close to Termini Station, about a 5 minute walk. When locating the hotel follow the addresses as there is NO sign with the name on the building. It actually looks like an apartment building & you need to "buzz" to get in.... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
