Lovely hotel, 10 minutes walk to the colosseum, loads of shops and restaurants around. 5 min walk to termini station so u can go every where. Nice and clean room, breakfast in bed. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I wouldn't have a clue. I was a guest not management & we had no problems with leaving luggage at the hotel on the morning after checkout. We neither left anything behind, nor had anything stolen.

i would say it is pretty easy...the lovely ppl at reception could probably book one for you...we found them to be very helpful on both of our stays
