The room was basic but clean, very quiet and peaceful. Gorgeous grounds and Church. Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful and always polite. Breakfast was good and more than enough available.

How do we get there from international airport please?
From Fiumicino Airport: “Leonardo Express” train from Fiumicino Airport to Stazione Termini (it departs every 30 min from the Airport). Underground Line A (red line), “Battistini” direction, “Cornelia” stop. From Ciampino Airport: “TERRAVISION Shuttle Bus” from Ciampino Airport to Stazione Termini. How do we get there from the airport please?
Depending on which airport can get a bus and train into the city and then tube to the right area but we got a taxi from the airport very reasonable and quick look on casa la Salle web sight will give you good information x

How close is this hotel to historic sites? Walking distance to anything? Thanks!
No much idea of THEY serve alcohol. There are a couple of local beer and wine shops in 1km radius. No church bell thing. There are pizzerias which serve great pizzas. I ate there everyday. There's this place called pizzaruim. Best if you wanna just get food and hurry. There are 2 restaurants but I didn't go there.
