Detailed Reviews
Stayed here whilst visiting Rome prior to the cruise, the rooms are a nice size with on suite facilities. Unfortunately they no longer do Breakfast but there is a small kitchen with tea and coffee etc. there are eateries close by.
It is a approx 20 minutes walk into centre of Rome but close to the colosseum and other historic sites. The staff very friendly and will give you a good insight into the city and attractions. The rooms are cleaned daily in the afternoon so you can have a lay in
The only down side to stying here was the noise from the road outside also the Metro entrance seems to be a meeting place for locals drink and socialise and again can be a bit noisy until about 10pm other than that a good place to stay

One of the best memories in Italy. I feel so lucky that I stayed in Bless&B B&B. I arrived late on the day of checked in without inform Pietro. That's my mistake. But Pietro came very quick and access me to the room after I rang the bell and showed lovely smile to me.
The room is big, clean, modern, cozy, lovely with a very nice bathroom. I think the room in Bless&B B&B better than many stars hotel in Rome. The living room is lovely also, I met nice people around the world in the morning during breakfast.
Pietro and Christina are super super super nice and sweet, Pietro told me many great tips and best itinerary to explore Rome. And I will never forget the Cappuccino that they made for me.
The location is great also. I walk from the central station to BlessB B&B, it take less than 10 minutes. And it is less than 10 seconds walk from the main door of B&B to the metro station. It is also a walking distance to most of the attractions like Colloseum. Very safe even at late night.
Thank you Pietro and Christina, my journey in Rome was amazin because of you!!
Will stay in BlessB B&B again if I visit Rome!!!

It’s rare that you get this kind of warm, patient and in-person welcome when arriving in a big city like Rome. This place is very nice, spotless and comfortable and we couldn’t ask for anything more. Might be a bit noisy from outside for some (not us), and the breakfast is out the night before (however, juice, coffee, etc. is always available), but you can’t beat the value. Perfect for proximity to Roma Termini.

Definately the best stay in our entire holiday around europe. When we arrived we were greeted by Pietro, the lovely owner of this blessed place. He sat with us and explain about rome attraction and how we could benefit and enjoy our stay here. He even recomended places to eat great italian food and gelatos. Who will sit with you for an hour plus to give you basic orientation of rome? We appretiated pietro and cristina kindness for that. They even told us on how to beat the long line into colosseum and vatican muesi, he even printed our online voucher for us. Â
Â
The breakfast table were always  very well prepared and had lotsaa choices for all. The fridge is well stocked and the cabinet has different type of teas and other stuff.  This by far one of the best breakfast I had in recent stay around other hotels in europe, Pietro will always come in the morning to check on us, ask us about our stay and give more recomendations. He will even offer to make cappucino for us.
Â
The room is very big and spacious with brand new cabinets, attached toilets in each rooms which is a major plus point. Its cleaned on a daily basis, has ac, safe box, very good internet connection and other basic amnities. The location of this wonderful place is just opposite of emanualle metro station, good to move around and if we get tired exploring rome on foot, we  always take the bus to termini and its a few min walk from termini to bless & b.
Â
As for the owners Pietro and Cristina, they are avid travellers them selves so they understand the need of a fellow treveller and this made our stay and I can even safely say the stay of other fellow travellers a nice and memorable one.
Â
So people just  come and expeirence their hospitality and warmth your selves and I guaranty you will enjoy Every bit of it.
Â
Thank you Pietro and Cristina, we will definitely return back to Bless & B in near future.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable - far surpassing my expectation of a B&B. The location is also excellent - right next to the Metro entrance, and only a few stops to all the places of interest. The best part of our stay however was the super friendly and attentive husband and wife owners. They went out of their way to make sure we had a good breakfast every morning, and they were so nice to talk to! They we're warm and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Rome.

This little gem provided us with such great comfort during our 4 nights stay in Rome. There's a great list of reasons and let's start with the physical aspects:
- it's only a month old and all amenities are new and clean
- big rooms with en-suite bathrooms
- bountiful breakfasts each day prepared by the owner
- Vittorio Emanuele metro station is just down on the doorstep
- Termini station is a ten minute walk
- Thirty minute walk to the main sights in Rome
However, it is the exceptional service that makes this place above and beyond awesome. Pietro and Cristina extended their warm hospitality since day one. Pietro very kindly sat us down with a map and suggested routes to visit. He also brought a variety of Asian noodles because he knew we are from an Asian background and thought perhaps we might like them for breakfast. The only thing missing was black (they had everything except for that!) but was remedied immediately the next day :)
Great place, great value!

This is a lovely B&B in a great location. Just stumble out the front door to the Victor Emmanuel Metro stop or walk to Rome Termini and go anywhere. Also some very good restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Rooms are very nice and everything g is clean. You have to get up early to get an egg for breakfast though - I learnt the hard way.

We took a punt on this b&b due to the location being so close to the main train station and other sites.
Absolutely brilliant. Didn't disappoint. Looks a bit dodgy from outside but inside is lovely.
Pietro and luxshima took good care of us and we came and went as we pleased.
Use this if you love walking around city and fending for yourself.
Two top tips, the city is noisey at night. Bring earplugs. This is not a negative to the b and b, just a fact of Rome!!
Also we found a square just down the road that did decent prices drinks ,

My husband and I stayed at the Bless B&B for 3 nights (May 11-14) and we found it to be the perfect place for us. We weren’t expecting anything extraordinary but this b&b way exceeded any expectations we may have had.
The location is extremely convenient. It’s a short walk from the Termini train station (about 8-10 minutes), it’s within walking distance of many major attractions and there’s also the entrance to a metro station literally a few steps from the front door.
We found the room and ensuite bathroom to be a very nice size, it was certainly large enough for us. We found it to be very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was no lack of hot water or any other amenities, there was even a safe in the room.
The hosts, Cristina, Pietro and Giacomo were incredibly nice and so helpful, they took time to give us many helpful suggestions as far as what to see and do while in Rome.
There is also a very generous and varied breakfast supplied every morning. In short, we highly recommend the Bless B&B, if you are considering booking here don’t hesitate. Next time we are in Rome I will certainly try my best to book a room here again.

Cristina and Pietro are kind, generous hosts making our stay very comfortable. We told them when we expected to arrive so Pietro made sure he was nearby to show us the way to our front door and into the apartment. Importantly, there is a lift to the first floor making life easier for Nonna, who is 84 years old and travelling with us.
Breakfast was expansive with eggs, cakes, biscuits, and cereals and beautifully presented in crystal bowls. There was a communal kitchen where we could use some of the fridge space (it was a bar fridge) and meet other travellers over breakfast. Pietro came every morning at breakfast to check on our comfort and give advice for the day's adventures.
All beds were queens sized, the rooms were en suite, light with original paintings and double glazed windows to keep out the noise of the city. We found the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the room quiet so we slept well.
The neighbourhood is Esquinale, easy walking distance from Terminali, excellent restaurants nearby, markets and pharmacies around the corner and general grocery stores downstairs or across the road. We felt safe in this area, although we had to be prepared to say 'no' to begging gypsy women.
If you are fit there are many interesting walks into the centre of Rome, or you can easily catch a cab or the subway.
I highly recommend this accommodation.
