Some reception staff nice and helpful and some not. First room was awful and I went to complain and they swapped us to a nicer one. It wasn't amazing but I was grateful as the other one was dark, pokey, very dated, rubbish view, smell from external fan and had some areas that needed repair/decorating. The bed in our new...

This hotel is located in a beautiful 17th Century building across the square from the Trevi Fountain. There are partial views of the fountain from the breakfast terrace/bar which are truly amazing. Some of the rooms look out on the Via del Lavatore, which runs off the Piazza di Trevi and is bustling day and night. We loved it and...

We were lucky enough to stay here for my Mother's 70th birthday and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect for us. Nadia, the lovely receptionist, was extremely warm and welcoming and was a brilliant source of info on all things Roman. All the reception staff were courteous and v professional. We were also impressed with the Handy phone...

Had a grest stay at this hotel. The service was excellent with the staff being very helpful and always available to assist you. Especially Alice and assistant manager Nadia. Location was good and close to the many shops and restaurants in Rome. Only downside is the busy location and local taxi drivers who may not drop you off at the...

We stayed in the Junior suite which offers incredible views of the Trevi fountain, tourists and a Trevi bar. FANTASTIC LOCATION and staff,...

This hotel is in an excellent location. Next to Piazza di Trevi and walking distance from most attractions in Rome. Staff were extremely friendly and never hesitant to help. They made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and were equipped with adequate resources for our stay. The "Handy" phone was one of the most helpful devices on our trip....

Pros: Location, Attractions nearby Responsive Reception,4G enabled "handy" room phone/mobile you can take along with loaded maps, free internet/calls. Cons: No room service. Toiletries were not replaced during the 4 night stay. Carpets in corridors seem dated, City tax not included in the room rates. Stayed 4 nights over Easter 2017 with family of 3 kids and the wife. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for a family with children. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Great location. Excellent breakfast!! Rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop terrace had a view of the Fontana. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites in walking distance.

This was a great find in terms of location. Easy to walk to most of the main sites and literally right next to the fountain. But the location of our room meant you didn't get the noise which was good. Breakfast is served upstairs where they have a terrace and you can see the fountain from there which was pretty...

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.

Welcome to the Relais Trevi Fountain RomeWelcome to the Relais Trevi Fountain in the historical centre of Rome, the ideal accommodation for an unforgettable romantic break in one of the world’s oldest and most spellbinding cities. Our luxury rooms & suites in the historical centre of Rome has undergone recent refurbishment to make it an immaculate yet personable accommodation in which you can set your mind at ease and make the most out of the cityThe Trevi FountainOne of Rome’s most popular landmarks and probably the most famous fountain in the world, the stunning Fontana di Trevi was immortalised in the 1960 classic Fellini film La Dolce Vita, starring Marcello Mastroianni and Anita Ekberg - who famously frolics in the fountain on a balmy Roman night. Needless to say, frolicking in the fountain today will probably land you with a hefty fine to pay, but if you can resist diving in, this beautiful Renaissance masterpiece is generally regarded as one of Rome’s most romantic spots. Our LocationTaking our name from the fountain, which is just a few metres away from the entrance to our luxury rooms & suites, the Relais Fontana di Trevi puts guests deep in the cobble-stoned heart of renaissance Rome, with other landmarks such as the Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini within easy walking distance. ... more   less
