Quite a small hotel, stayed in the middle room next to the stairs, was really modern, big and clean. we got to choose our breakfast every night and it didn't disappoint at all when it arrived in the morning! The location Is really good for visiting most touristy places in Rome. Wifi was alright, not amazing. Would stay here again!

Location is in easy reach of most attractions by foot - Pantheon is 5 mins away. Being situated over a bar never gave us any problems other than being a bit noisy only on Saturday night Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff Highly recommended

This bed and breakfast was perfectly located for my trip to Rome with my wife. It is steps away from the Jewish Ghetto and easy walking distance to major sites. The Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and Campo de' Fiori are within 5 minutes walk. I ran in the morning along the River Tiber and had a great time at night just...

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Larry makes a great breakfast every morning. Our room (the Donatello or Room 2) overlooks Piazza Mattei. It is so cute! The B&B has three rooms and it is very secure. Sara organised (via email from Australia), a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us straight to Little...

Staying in Ghetto

Neighborhood Profile
Ghetto
The mini-neigborhood Ghetto holds tight to its reputation as a stand-alone area thanks to its nearly 300-year history as the home to Rome’s Jewish community. Times changed in the 20th century, but the tiny area still retains its mix of tradition, community, and history. Ancient and medieval architectural design frames apartments, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Friends and families are the pulse of the neighborhood, keeping company on the Via del Portico d’Ottavia. The Ghetto observes the traditional Jewish Shabbat: businesses close from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.
