We stayed at Gens Mundi B&B for one night only between our flights. It's a great location - close to airport, close to the beach, and even close to Rome; so in just one day we managed to visit Ostia Antica archaeological site, EUR district in Rome (which is close to Ostia, but far from the city center, so we...

We stayed in the studio accommodation for one night & wished it could have been for longer. We were travelling with our 21yr old son & his girlfriend and it worked really well. The place was very well decorated, spotlessly clean, lovely big bathroom. Very attractive area to sit outside by the pool, sadly we couldn't as there were thunderstorms...

Absolutely loved our stay at Gens Mundi, Lanfranco and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They waited up to give us keys to our room as we didn't arrive until gone midnight, the following morning the bikes were delivered to outside our room and we were given directions and information about the local area. We took a bike ride...

The pool is fantastic and really clean our boys loved it after our long drive back to Rome. We had great pizza round the corner and although our stay was really...

There are few hotels in Ostia Antica, but if you wish to visit this amazing site there is no better place to stay than Gens B & B. There are just two rooms and a communal kitchen but there is an extraordinary attention to detail. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. There is good air conditioning and...

We chose to stay at Gens Mundi due to it's closeness to the airport. We arrived very early in the morning and made use of their airport transfer service which was great. There are 2 rooms with a shared kitchen both were immaculate and comfortable. There is also a large outside area with a pool and Sun loungers. Flavia was...

We chose Gens Mundi because it was close to Ostia Antica's ruins and the airport. We were not disappointed. It's a nice, clean place with a small pool and private parking. The hosts are nice and welcoming. Breakfast is good like most places in Italy (fresh yogourt, juice but pastries are industrial, like most places). Only drawback of our room,...

We were amazed from the courtesy and the clean rooms... Chair to lay and get tan plus pool perfect for the kids... The breakfast was homemade and we brought stuff and put in the big fridge. Ikea essential style with everything you need (washing machine included) Espresso machine was the cherry on the cake... Really affordable in the green and...
