I really want to encourage tourists to choose this relais. It seems like a gift you have always deserved. Really cleaned, sophisticated and designed in any details with real Italian hospitality. The precious artists' paintings are always giving this relais both new inspirations and a modern profile.

We found this gem of a hotel by chance in a newspaper supplement and having now visited we can confirm it comes highly recommended. The things that matter most during a city break were met and exceeded at this hotel. First of all the location, only a few steps from Piazza Navona situated centrally between Vatican City to the north and the Colosseum to the south, with the Trastevere district for evening dining to the west, you couldn't wish to be more central. This was a great benefit for the exploring we done during our stay, along with the hop-on-hop-off tour guide bus stop very close by, putting everything within easy reach. Secondly, the service. We couldn't have wished for friendly more helpful staff, from Pino who greeted us at check-in to Laura and the team who provided us with helpful information on local restaurants and attraction opening times, and also providing much appreciated Prosecco at 5pm on the days we made it back to relax before heading out in the evening. Thirdly, the accommodation itself was extremely comfortable, with a great bed and linens, well appointed room plus a nice bathroom, shower and amenities. The hotel has a charming and artful feel. The breakfast offering was also perfect for starting the day. We look forward to returning on future Rome visits.

Stayed 5 nights from 5th to 10th August 2019 Highly recommend this tasteful and brilliantly located Rome guest house. Previous reviews have pretty much covered everything. The ladies who run things - Laura, Monica and Eugenia – were really helpful with advice on getting to places and very patient! We second the comments on the high level of housekeeping, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom (Italian TV only). Although we had one of the more compact rooms at the back (without view), everything was catered for and the bed was still a king size and extremely comfortable – a delight to come back to after a hard day of walking! We missed out on the glass of Prosecco the others have mentioned but that was only because we were out walking the streets of Rome! Comfortable shoes are recommended as this is a city made for walking and the streets are cobbled so not ideal for people with mobility problems or with buggies. October is a great time of year to visit Rome – it was still very warm and less crowded than during the peak months though busy enough. So pleased we found the Relais Rione Ponte!
