We had a great three night stay in this hotel. Location wise it couldn’t have been any more perfect, we could walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon within minutes and it was an easy stroll to some of the best squares for dinner and drinks. We also used the buses a lot and the hotel was near several bus stops which was handy. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was always made up perfectly by the afternoon when we came back for a siesta. There was a mini bar in the room and tea/coffee was restocked every day. The hotel was so quiet and we slept soundly on the king sized bed. A perfect hotel for a break exploring the beautiful city of Rome - we will be back!

We had a wonderful 8 night stay here and it made us feel right at home in Rome. We stayed in the Suite, which was large with a separate sitting area and good-sized bathroom. The staff were very helpful and eager to help make our time in Rome memorable. We had a mix-up with the arranged transportation, but they made up for it by providing us with a complimentary car service to the train station on our way out. Very central location, we walked to everything and enjoyed many of the restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area. The room was very quiet for being in such a central location, although we did enjoy opening the windows and listening to the sounds of the city. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

We just left Rome after a 3-night stay at Relais Rione Ponte — we loved everything about this spot! In our earlier visits to Rome, we’ve typically stayed at larger, more “full service” hotels, but this is absolutely our new favorite place. The room was clean, bright, and modern, with high ceilings and huge windows (that were remarkably soundproof at night!) — and included original art on the walls and fresh flowers! As others have noted, the location is unbeatable for being able to walk to all of Rome’s major sights, but the square in front of the hotel doesn’t feel crazy with tourists (even though Piazza Navona is just a block away). While the facilities had everything we needed and more, the personalized service is really what made our stay outstanding — all the staff we encountered were amazingly friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, booking us a car to the airport for an early morning departure, and serving coffee in the morning. We’ll definitely be back when we return to Rome!

I was so happy to finally make it to Rome and to this hotel! I had to cancel on them in 2020 due to the Covid lock downs. The staff was wonderful! Laura, Eugenia and Silvia were welcoming and so helpful. Laura took the time to highlight nearby restaurants and sites. The hotel location is excellent near the Piazza Navona, short walks to many dining options, shopping, little market for waters and snacks, the river and a taxi stand. It is in a quite area so we had no street noise. Our room was quaint, modern, clean, has air conditioning, and with plenty of counter space which is not common in some European hotels. We enjoyed the coffee maker and little treats left in our room. We were two females friends traveling on our own and felt very safe in this area. Note: It was a little hard to find the front door on our arrival but it is immediately next to a restaurant.

In fact since it is a historical building in the city centre, we are not allowed to put a big sign outside. However, the building distinguishes by the Tor Sanguigna 11th century at the corner, right at the beginning of Via Zanardelli. We look forward to welcoming you back in a near future! Best Regards,

Rione Ponte was perfect. We stayed there for a week. Room was beautiful and the bed huge and comfortable. Situated within easy walking distance from all the main places of interest, this boutique hotel cannot be recommended too highly. Silvia, whom we dealt with, could not have been more obliging and helpful and she did everything possible to make our holiday as perfect as it was.

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends. We arrived the day after Christmas and stayed for a week. This was our first visit to Italy and we decided that we would spend the entire time in Rome. It was a good choice. The staff was great and they arranged travel from the airport for us. We decided that with such a great central location we would be able to walk everywhere and that is what we did. The hotel is right next to Piazza Navona. Amazing architecture, history and restaurants are all close by. Laura arranged for our early arrival and the rooms were amazing. Clean with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Large modern windows overlooking the square gave great ventilation and provided for quiet nights. I had arranged for 4 rooms. My wife and I had a suite and did my son and his wife. My other two sons had their own rooms, all were en-suite. The staff also made dinner reservations for us for New Year's eve. Their knowledge and help made this trip of a lifetime live up to the hype. If you are staying in Rome you will not find a nicer, more convenient place. It was also nice to know that we were supporting a small boutique business instead of some large hotel chain.

Superbly located, within the bustling heart of Rome. This quaint hotel has wonderful staff, eager to ensure that your every need is met.
This is not a chain hotel, this is a true Roma hotel with real people that truly go out of their way for you.
Whether it is a prefect cappuccino in the morning, or recommendations specific to your bucket list, they check every box.
Every “must see” is less than 2klm, and walkable. While Rome can be pricey, they provide detailed lists of restaurants “tried and true” that focus on value, taste and experience.
We will be back and they are definitely worth your consideration .
Chris

Perfect place to stay right beside the Piazza Navona!
Communication with staff via email prior to arrival was brilliant, they were very helpful.
We booked a Superior Double room and even though it's located on a busy street we could not hear any noise at night time.
The room was very clean, modern and spacious.
The ONLY downside is there is not a 24-7 reception but that would not stop me from staying here again. I will definitely stay again!

The precious artists' paintings are always giving this relais both new inspirations and a modern profile.

We can't recommend this hotel enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and as a result re-booked to stay here twice recently!

The rooms were modern and very comfortable with easy access/short walk to sights such as Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and being across the road to Piazza Navona!

Laura and her team were lovely and helpful with local advice, places to go and general advice on Rome and sights!

We also ended up leaving a bag here as we travelled through Italy. Everything was made easy and nothing was a hassle at all....

Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome!!
