Rione Ponte was perfect. We stayed there for a week. Room was beautiful and the bed huge and comfortable. Situated within easy walking distance from all the main places of interest, this boutique hotel cannot be recommended too highly. Silvia, whom we dealt with, could not have been more obliging and helpful and she did everything possible to make our holiday as perfect as it was.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Silvia and Laura were very pleasant and helpful answering all my tourist questions. The room was very clean, the bed (King) was quite comfortable. We were steps away from many restaurants and, more importantly, my wife’s favorite gelato place (Teatro)

I really want to encourage tourists to choose this relais. It seems like a gift you have always deserved. Really cleaned, sophisticated and designed in any details with real Italian hospitality. The precious artists' paintings are always giving this relais both new inspirations and a modern profile.

We found this gem of a hotel by chance in a newspaper supplement and having now visited we can confirm it comes highly recommended. The things that matter most during a city break were met and exceeded at this hotel. First of all the location, only a few steps from Piazza Navona situated centrally between Vatican City to the north and the Colosseum to the south, with the Trastevere district for evening dining to the west, you couldn't wish to be more central. This was a great benefit for the exploring we done during our stay, along with the hop-on-hop-off tour guide bus stop very close by, putting everything within easy reach. Secondly, the service. We couldn't have wished for friendly more helpful staff, from Pino who greeted us at check-in to Laura and the team who provided us with helpful information on local restaurants and attraction opening times, and also providing much appreciated Prosecco at 5pm on the days we made it back to relax before heading out in the evening. Thirdly, the accommodation itself was extremely comfortable, with a great bed and linens, well appointed room plus a nice bathroom, shower and amenities. The hotel has a charming and artful feel. The breakfast offering was also perfect for starting the day. We look forward to returning on future Rome visits.

Stayed 5 nights from 5th to 10th August 2019 Highly recommend this tasteful and brilliantly located Rome guest house. Previous reviews have pretty much covered everything. The ladies who run things - Laura, Monica and Eugenia – were really helpful with advice on getting to places and very patient! We second the comments on the high level of housekeeping, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom (Italian TV only). Although we had one of the more compact rooms at the back (without view), everything was catered for and the bed was still a king size and extremely comfortable – a delight to come back to after a hard day of walking! We missed out on the glass of Prosecco the others have mentioned but that was only because we were out walking the streets of Rome! Comfortable shoes are recommended as this is a city made for walking and the streets are cobbled so not ideal for people with mobility problems or with buggies. October is a great time of year to visit Rome – it was still very warm and less crowded than during the peak months though busy enough. So pleased we found the Relais Rione Ponte!

We were so happy we chose this beautiful boutique hotel just around the corner from Piazza Navona and in easy walking distance of so many attractions. The hotel is on the second floor of a beautiful old building and has a lovely reception area, a small breakfast room and nine bedrooms. We had a deluxe room (room one) which was a very good size, simply but elegantly furnished and immaculately clean. The king size bed was really comfortable and the large bathroom had twin sinks and a fantastic shower. The housekeeping was excellent, with towel changes most days and a really high standard of cleaning. It was lovely to have such a spacious wardrobe (with lots of hangers), drawers, a fridge, table and chairs and TV. It was a shame the TV did not have English language channels but not the end of the world. The air conditioning was excellent and much needed after a hot day. You might want to consider packing a robe (slippers are provided). You will hear a little traffic noise as this is a busy area, but we didn’t hear any of our fellow travellers. The welcome bottle of Prosecco on ice was a lovely touch. The breakfast was excellent, serving delicious pastries, fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. There’s also a fabulous espresso machine in the guest lounge, and we loved the complimentary Prosecco served at 5.30pm each evening. We felt very secure. There is a shared front door but it has a security code between 8pm and 8am, and another to get into the RRP accommodation itself. Perhaps most impressive of all are the lovely ladies who run this place. We can’t praise the staff enough for their warmth, friendliness and courtesy. They really were wonderful in every way. Monica and Laura were especially helpful. Do take advantage of their taxi service to and from the airport. It made the transfers wonderfully stress free. This is truly beautiful accommodation, ideally situated for exploring Rome. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Relais Rione Ponte for 5 nights in early September 2019. We had an incredible stay and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel -The location is incredible. It is right off of Piazza Navona, but on a street that was not very crowded with tourists (like some other areas, like around Trevi, can be). Close to many amazing restaurants. -Very safe location - never felt worried, felt safe in the hotel, felt safe walking home after dinner (lots of people out an about). -There is a taxi stand right across the street and we never had to wait for a cab, so it made getting around very easy. -Staff spoke perfect English and were extremely gracious and helpful. They remembered us and little details about our stay which was a nice personal touch. -Breakfast was included and was great - coffee, bread, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt. -On our last day, we checked out but still had a day to explore, and they were able to hold our bags. -The desk is only open from 8AM - 8 PM, so you receive two entry codes (one for the main door and then one for the hotel door once you reach the floor). I've lived in walk-up apartments most of my life, so it was a lot like that. I never ever felt unsafe. -Given the hours, if you are arriving earlier or later than that time, you need to let them know in advance so someone can be there. -We had the classic room, which was excellent. It was a little small, but that is what we were expecting, plus we weren't really in the room other than to sleep and shower. -Great price - really such a gem and a value. -They serve sparking wine at 5:30 PM every day, which was a nice treat after being out exploring the city all day. -They have a safe in the room, which we used and had no issues with. -We were even given a free bottle of sparking wine one day. -Bed was SUPER comfy. Again, amazing stay and would definitely stay here again.

This small hotel lays in a perfect location in the centre of Rome in walking distance to many sightseeing locations. The rooms were very clean, staff helpful and the breakfast was perfectly fine. On arrival we had a complementary bottle of Prosecco on ice waiting for us. I would definitely consider staying here again.
