I had the most relaxing stay at this gorgeous independently-owned hotel recently. Next to the Spanish Steps, the Villa Borghese, beautiful architecture, and charming cafes – the area exudes a stylish and romantic ambiance. Conveniently located right in Piazza di Spagna, you're steps away from all the European luxury boutiques and incredible restaurants. Safety is a not an issue in this area, even as a solo female traveler. You are truly in the best area of Rome. My junior suite was bright, spacious, and beautifully appointed with a super comfortable king bed, elegant bathroom, and large windows facing a quiet classic Italian open atrium. My suite was equipped with all the amenities and accessories I could need including still and sparkling water, air-conditioning, high-pressure rain shower, hair dryer, steamer, slippers, and more. Decorated with modern art, and tastefully furnished, both my room and the common spaces were so serene and delightful to spend time in. Piazza di Spagna 9 isn't a traditional hotel. Rather, you get a rare taste of living in a luxurious, modern apartment in Rome with the most attentive concierge. It's the perfect place if you prefer having a bit more privacy and autonomy as a visitor. It's a place away from the hubbub and chaos of tourists and the city, where you can have some peace, your own personal experience of Rome, and the space to digest them. Piazza di Spagna 9's visionary owner Franco has created a truly extraordinary and unique experience with this ultra comfortable, impeccably designed space and individualized service. I can't wait to go back again.…
Piazza di Spagna is not just an ordinary hotel, it is an experince on the chic way of Italian living. First of all hotel is located in the center of Rome, only two steps away from Spanish Steps (which is lively day & night) also super close to metro/taxi/supermarkets etc. The rooms are very modern, stylish, well maintained (they have a steamer, professional hair dryer and fast wifi) as well as very comfortable and quiet. On the top of everything staff is super friendly. From the reservation onwards Franco and his team makes you feel at home, they gave you best tips, advises on places to see or even connect you with local tours. I would definetly stay there again!
We had a terrific stay at Piazza di Spagna9. A family owned and operated small luxury hotel and art gallery, you get wonderful personal attention. You also can't find a better location. The view of the Piazza di Spagna from our room was breath-taking. We will absolutely be back.
A part of me do not want to talk about this hotel and keep it for myself! But I am very glad I discovered this treasure! This is our 3rd visit to Rome, we stayed for 4 nights during this visit. The location is the best location you can ever dream of with a view of the Spanish Steps directly (from the good side of the Spanish Steps not the far one). The Hospitality and greet by the owner is something I have never seen. Cleanness is 5 stars. During our stay, it didn’t feel like we are going in and out of a hotel, it felt like our own home in Rome from how cozy this place is!! We will definitely repeat.
I was floored with the proximity of the hotel to Piazza Espagna. It’s literally a stones throw away. The rooms are very well appointed and Franco paid attention to every detail. The rooms are newly painted and very clean. It’s definitely a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟➕!
We absolutely loved our stay at Piazza di Spagna 9! The location overlooking the beautiful Piazza di Spagna is magnificent and, almost unbelievably, there are super quiet rooms available (not often an easy find in Rome). The greeting and hospitality we received from the wonderful Italian (though fluent in English) hosts was extremely delightful. The customer service and attention we received were top-notch. Our whole experience was fabulous, and we are hugely excited for our next visit to this splendid gem. There are only six suites available, which makes the possibility of the exclusive booking with a group of friends an irresistible possibility and opportunity! Amazing.
Franco (the owner) was more than helpful. Made us literally feel like home. He was always recommending a lot of excellent choices from sightseeing to top near by places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I must say that his choices of options to visit was always more than expected. Comfortable room and sitting area with a breathtaking view of the Spanish Steps. We will definitely visit Piazza di Spagna 9 again . Truly felt like home in Rome :) given it's unique location and view of the Spanish steps. Thank you Franco and appreciate all the help. See you soon...
