Within walking distance to just about all the major sightseeing points in Rome, this historic and architecturally interesting hotel also offers a spa, modern and elegantly appointed public areas and beautiful spacious rooms. The hotel employees were courteous and helpful without exception and breakfast featured just about the best absolutely fresh croissants and pastries I’ve enjoyed anywhere on my travels.
This hotel surpassed my expectations and that is 100% due to their team. Very friendly and attentive. In particular Levina and her team on breakfast were exceptional, knew me by name, my drinks order and favourite table after just 1 day, made early mornings just that bit better! Will definitely be back.
Wonderful hotel in a truly great location. All staff are very knowledgable and friendly, reception is efficient and warm. The spa is very nice, small pool, but hey have a hidden gem in Georgetta (hope the spelling is correct) the masseuse who we can strongly recommend. The rooftop restaurant must be reserved to enjoy the service, view and great food, but for drinks you can just see if there are seats available as it is popular. Rooms are very nice, bathroom in our room a bit small and we don't like to shower in wobbly bath, but we were told they have rooms with walk-in showers, so just ask if that's what you prefer. Strongly recommended this place.
Beautiful, high class boutique hotel with fun perks and excellent customer service. Roman bath in the spa is open for guests all day. We had lunch and dinner at iSofa and it was delicious. Lots of complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. I booked my reservation using the IHG app, and made a mistake with the date, so I canceled the reservation and immediately booked again with the correct date. Unfortunately, even though I did this over 2 weeks before traveling to Rome, and I’m Platinum Elite IHG Ambassador, I was charged for both reservations and couldn’t get a refund. I didn’t think this was the right thing to do, and it put a damper on my trip before it started. I emailed the hotel and explained that I thought I was just making a simple change to the reservation but it was somehow a rigid rule and I had to pay twice for my stay. If I had known this would happen, I would have simply moved other plans around and just kept my original reservation. Geez that really stung, as I was trying hard to keep within a budget yet have a quality trip. The Indigo did, however, allow me to use the “lost money” as hotel credit. For me, it was a lot of money to spend frivolously, on food and laundry services. Daniele and Orietta were very helpful and kind, and replied to my emails. They helped me set up an early checkin and late checkout which was very helpful. I appreciated their professionalism and customer service.…
Indigo Rome is conveniently location in central Rome with many restaurants of good ratings, within walking distance to all the tourist location including Vatican, Basilica and museums as well as the Colloseums and squares that are MUST GO. Hubby and I walked the entire 8 days in the great weather to all the locations and explore the city, including to Trastevere and gardens. We also find the front desks, breakfast place as well as the xmas day dinner to be excellent and the service is outstanding from the teams in Indigo. On our last day to the airport, the conceirge assisted us by running around and using 3 taxi companies to get us a cab to airport even though hardly any one worked on NY day, so grateful to him and his willingness and best commitment , well done Indigo!
Right after entering the hotel, I felt high-quality atmosphere around reception and lounge. Stuffs are kind and courteous, and they welcomed us as a IHG platinum elite member and upgraded my status ! Room is cozy and clean. We could enjoy our stay very comfortably at almost the center of Rome.
The hotel location is very convenient, practically walking distance to any places of interests. This is a small boutique hotel, not many rooms but it is lavishly furnished. Although the property is not big but it has made use of the space very well and tastefully layout and furnished with quality furniture. There is only one restaurant but it serve great breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had a Christmas Lunch here and it was great. There is a small spa in the hotel, it is well equipment, clean and comfortable, we enjoyed it. The view from the roof terrace was very nice, we get to see the surrounding areas of Rome. The service staff are super friendly and helpful. Overall really loved this hotel, highly recommended.
This is an Amazing hotel, very clean, staff and service is exceptional. Restaurant is delicious. Location is great and everything within walking distance. Highly recommend and definitely will be back to stay here again.
Wonderful stay at gorgeous hotel at the heart of stunning Rome. Truly one of the best IHG hotels. Everything was impeccable: room, food, breakfast, staff, service, cleanliness. We‘ll certainly be back to this wonderful cozy place.
From the luxurious room (and the free hotel spa access which was terrific!) - to the fantastic food at iSofa hotel restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner, the Hotel Indigo Rome thinks of all the little details. Something we didn't know when we checked in: our room had a free mini-bar with water, Cokes and snacks which they restocked daily. A very nice touch! We were there at the end of our holiday vacation - so we used their laundry service as well and found it fast and convenient (though not cheap.) We also used their room service regularly in the evenings and found the food a high quality at a reasonable room service price, delivered by staff who were prompt and friendly! This hotel is in a very walkable location in Rome - making it easy to head over to Vatican City or into the city to see other sights! …
