It was more like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. My husband and I stayed here for a 4-day vacation in Rome. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. The owner Mustafa was the most customer service focused and warm person we could have met. I asked for an Italian power adapter for US 3-prong plug, he went and... More

Enjoyed our stay very much The accommodations and location were great. We walked to all the main attractions Our host made us feel welcome and was most helpful and informative. It really was our home in Rome - a clean and pleasant place to come back to each evening and a good breakfast in the morning. I would definitely stay... More

This hotel is certainly in a great location; we walked to all the main attractions including the Vatican, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and importantly the Termini Station. So in some respects it is difficult to not recommend it. The hotel Manager was very friendly and full of helpful advice. However, with regard to the rooms and most importantly the... More

Problem with our room on the first night so the owner put us up in a hotel down the road, very good of him. The chap is a very friendly guy, very helpful and a great source for tourist info. Room was fairly cramped but had a nice comfy bed, room cleaned every day too. Overall cleanliness and decor could... More

No breakfast room available, we had to eat the breakfast at our room. Instant coffee and instant orange juice, 2 small slices of old toast, 'fresh'croissant prefab from the supermarket. The shower head was brown from dirt! After my complaint they just replaced the entire head. Shower itself so small that you could only wash your hair when standing diagonal.... More

This is a kind of one-man-show hotel. The owner is a good man but is very edgy. You need to be careful with him as he can easily lose it and be rude to you. You can hear the converstaion next door through the walls. The reception phone rings really loud. There was no answering machine. Someone was trying to... More
