A good hotel, clean room, very good breakfast with cofee, fruits, croissants, salami and cheese etc Mr Mustafa, the owner of this place is very polite, kind, very helpful, he explained us what, when and how to visit Rome. It has elevator, near to the bus station, supermarket near. We enjoyed our staying there. Ioana, Arad- Romania

It's a good hotel and not expensive. The room was clean every day. And the most important i think is the very good location in a street with restaurants and coffee shop. With all the bus station near the hotel

Hotel is 10 min walk from Railway station Termini. Service provided was good, thanks to helpful Hotel owner, which we met every morning in reception. He helped us with any question we had. Breakfast earliest is served 7:30 but as one day we had an early train we got served by him earlier without any hesitations. Rooms are okay but...

We booked to stay at the Augustus but when we arrived we were met by the manager who said that we would actually be staying at another hotel for our 2 night stay. Although we were confused to start with, he was very friendly and the hotel we were put up in was very nice again with friendly staff. Can't...

The breakfast was amazing which the manager personally brought to our room at our specified time. We will definitely be going back next year even after I broke a...

The owner Mustafa was the most customer service focused and warm person we could have met. I asked for an Italian power adapter for US 3-prong plug, he went and...

This hotel is certainly in a great location; we walked to all the main attractions including the Vatican, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona and importantly the Termini Station. So in some respects it is difficult to not recommend it. The hotel Manager was very friendly and full of helpful advice. However, with regard to the rooms and most importantly the...

Problem with our room on the first night so the owner put us up in a hotel down the road, very good of him. The chap is a very friendly guy, very helpful and a great source for tourist info. Room was fairly cramped but had a nice comfy bed, room cleaned every day too. Overall cleanliness and decor could...
