We recently spent 3 nights at this beautiful B&B. The location was excellent, with the Metro just a few blocks away and a quick cab ride to and from the Termini train station. Laura, our hostess, made us feel at home immediately. She took the...More
Just spent four nights at this lovely B&B, close to the Metro and therefore everything in Rome. Laura was incredibly helpful and responded well to our attempts to speak Italian. The house was spotlessly clean, breakfast was entertaining and tasty. We were made to feel...More
The place is very homey and convenient, close to the metro and a supermarket is around the corner. Laura is extremely helpful with tips on places to visit in Rome. Must try the Frassi ice cream, best in Rome and the portion is huge!!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
