As what we have read from other traveller's review this little gem is very accomodating. Reception staff are very polite helpful and available. Rooms are luxurious, clean with comfortable bed and amazing shower! We had a room with a view to the opera theatre and it was nice. We will surely come back and stay in this little gem!

Stayed here for four nights for our first time in Rome and it really added to the whole experience. The front desk was so nice, showed us up to our room and gave us a lot of information about what was around. The property has an antique elevator. The room was small but completely adequate, comfortable and a super nice... More

We visited the beautiful city of Rome for 4 wonderful days. The Al Viminale Hill is very close to Termini and it was really easy to get around from here. The rooms are fairly comfortable and clean and we had a view of the Opera House. The power shower was great and welcomed after a day in the heat. The... More

Clean, homely. The shower in the middle of the room is a little bizarre. great Air Con, has a fridge (although quite small). Overall helpful and welcoming staff. My room had a view of the opera house (worth asking for) and the old-style lift is novel. Best thing was the location. I walked to most city sights and it is... More

We had a great view of the Opera house and the area was a lot of fun to just walk around and explore and get lost in. I would strongly recommend this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were, especially for the price.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
