The room was certainly adequate and clean. The neighborhood worked well for us but the best thing about this B & B is Dante. He is so upbeat and helpful. He was there waiting for us when we arrived - early! and was willing to help in anyway possible. I am embarrassed that I neglected to leave a generous tip... More

Stayed there at the end of my week long tour with my sister. I only booked it for the last night which was something I'll forever regret. We stayed in Rome before in real horrific hotels, but this one....I have reached paradise. It's great to find somewhere in Rome which is top to bottom WHITE. Super clean, super nice hotel.... More

We stayed here last week on our four day trip to rome. Enjoy B&B is very good and rooms are spacious and Dante was very helpful. He is also very informative about tourist attractions. Only feedback is they can hang a board outside the building to identify this B&B.

Stayed there with family for 3 nights.Nice B&B with 5 rooms to offer. Spacious room with functional facilities. Helpful and great hospitality. Breakfast with a personal touch from Dante. Effective air conditioner. The B&B is at busy road so we need to close the windows for better sleep. 5 mins walk to Termini station and 12 min walk to colosseum.... More

Upon arriving at the door of the place, Dante already addresses me by my name. Obviously anticipating for our arrival, his warm smile and firm handshake makes us feel warm and relaxed as soon as we arrived. Dante and his sister, Maria, make the stay a very pleasant one. The hotel has very nice white interior, with updated hardware such... More

My family and I stayed here for a few days in November. First the b&b is very centrally located. It is maybe a five minute walk from the terminal station. The place itself is beautiful. There are five individual rooms that can fit one to four people. Dante who manages the b&b met us and helped us to our rooms.... More

Convinient Location, 6 or 7 minutes' walk from the Termini Station, 15 minutes' walk to Colloseo, a nearby supermarket, litterarily neighbouring Bascillica Santa Maria Maggiore. Staff's nice. A Philippino guy named Dante, he's warm-hearted and helpful. It's a suite on the 2nd (excluding the ground piano) floor of a quite elderly building (even equipped with an antique elevator). Each (small)... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
