Having read all of the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. But it was delightful. Slightly dodgy entrance through a 'door in a larger door' into a stairwell and an old fashioned see-everything elevator shaft. But onto the first floor and there was a reception area. All well organised. The room was nice and clean. There was a fridge... More

LIKES • Unbelievable value. The hotel across the road would have cost us several hundred more Euro for the same time frame. • We spent 6 nights and had a two bedroom apartment for a family of 5 (two sons, 23 and 20 and a 17 yr old daughter). It was very spacious and comfortable. Liked the little chocolate on... More

Location is great, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum and 10 minutes walk to the train station. Situated on the via Urbana where they are lots of nice restaurants and bars and also a vintage shop. Delicious breakfast, fresh bread and pastries every morning, with tea and coffee. Staff is friendly and here to help you if you have any... More

We arrived at Rome Termini around 7 PM and it was dark. The hotel itself is about a ten minute walk from the station. We had to spend a few minutes trying to figure out the hotel as there were no signs. We went by the street number and realized that the hotel is in one of the buildings that... More

First of all, this is not really a hotel. As classified by Tripadvisor, this is at best a B&B. But the apartment we stayed in was very spacious, in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. We were really happy. The entrance is a discrete green door in front of a building - the door on the right. The check-in office was... More

We only stayed here for one night but would have loved to stay longer. This hotel was lovely, spotless, comfortable, spacious and great value for money. There were snacks and drinks provided, which are a lovely thought. Very central to Termini station and central Rome. Staff were very nice and helpful.
