The location was great for the price, especially since its within walking distance to both the Vatican Museum and the Metro Line A. In terms of service though, breakfast consists of instant coffee and a bread snack, no milk or anything else! We had to buy our own since during our 5-day stay we only saw the owner once and... After arrival, the owner told us that the B&B was overbooked, so we had to stay elsewhere Fortunately, we got a room of his hostel in the same street. The communication was horrible and any kind of 'client-first' lacked.

This is the WORST place to ever even imagining staying. Staying in this apartment/room will ruin your trip to Rome. I am a traveler and have traveled all around Europe, but have never had the misfortune to stay at a place than rather than help me enjoy my holiday, depressed it. First off: they display a cheap price for your... More

3 words: Horrible, horrible and horrible. First, there is no parking. I even got a ticket in front of the hotel. Even if you give your credit (for the booking) card, the guy asked me to pay him in cash. They don't take credit card, he said. The check out time is at 10:30. Don't take the chance to go... More

We arrived at the B&B only to find the place unmarked and empty. After locating a third telephone number (differing from the number stated in our reservation as well as the one we found on google), we finally got to speak with a female Albatross representative. Unfortunately, we do not speak Italian, but this did not seem to be a... More

But !!!! my wife suffered from bites of bedbugs !!! ...sorry to say, they need new beds, only way to get rid of them. Please note that there is no air condition, which... More

This is the worst and dirtiest "B&B" I have ever experienced. Our breakfast consisted of crackers and jam! They lied about having WiFi. They moved us rooms in the middle of the day, which many us moving to another flat about 2 blocks over. You share a bathroom with a whole apt. There where ants everywhere. And the bathroom... The only good things about this place are the amazing location and Wilson, the key keeper. The location is almost unbeatable- next to a metro and 2 blocks from the Vatican. But, the sheets were questionable, breakfast does not exist, and you have plenty of weird roommates. I would compare this to third-world traveling but with hot water...Yes, I've lived... More

Even though we sent exact time of arrival, we had to wait for a half an hour just to be greeted by some guy who doesn't even work here. And even though we cancelled (and got response "ok") for one person because he had death case in family, they charged us the full price saying either we pay it or... More
