We had a two night stay here. Wonderful location. Close to The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. A charming authentic Bed and Breakfast. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Charming staff. Quiet. Look closely around for great Caffe. The Basilica around the corner is magical. Would stay here again.

Perfect city center location and serviceminded staff. If breakfast could have been served before 08.00 they would have gotten 5 instendig of 4 (had to leave early due to early flight). Clean and good size rooms and beds.

The room was very large, had a big bed, little table, tv, fridge, safe, large bathroom and even a balcony to sit out on! Couldn't of asked for a better room! We were greeted by a young man at the desk and he was so helpful, gave us a map, directions and even checked us in 3 hours early! The... More

We we're staying here during easter this year. We booked on internet and this was a real cute and small hotel. The staff was nice and gentle, the breakfast was tiny and served on a tray in our room. I can recommend other guests to stay here. Not far from Fontana DI Trevi.

A friend and I stayed 4 nights in Eva's Rooms in May. It was a bit hard to find as our shared ride didn't drop us off on the correct street. The location is wonderful - close to The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. We even walked to The Roman Forum and The Colisseum. We like to walk.... More

Very convenient location to Trevi fountains Spanish steps. Staff extreemly helpful.Decor was very quaint, beautiful tiles in bathroom. Delightful balcony , full of shrubs and views over neighbourhood. Only problem was drains in bathroom smelt a bit, proba ly due to age of building.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the rooms were clean and had enough room for bags. Breakfast was simple but tasty and all you really needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is great and walking distance to good restaurants near Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay again.

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
