Although didn't like the area in Termini the Hotel was pretty good. The best breakfast we had throughout our European holiday. We were upgraded to a suite which was very good. The elevator was left open in some points making it difficult to call up or down. But otherwise a nice stay. It is only 300m from Termini station which was... More

We stayed here for 4 nights & it was an excellent base to stay in Rome as it's a 5 minute walk from the main Train station (Termini) & also just a short walk up to the Piazza Republica. The Hotel is very nice with comfortable rooms & the usual amenities you would expect including a Spa that replaced the... More

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Rome, the accommodation is well located, just a short walk to the Coliseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff were lovely and the included buffet breakfast has everything you could hope for. The only complaint I have is the shower pressure is very poor and the door needed a little encouragement to close,... More

The hotel is very well located. Close to termini station (5min walk), close to every thing. Staff is very good and room is big as well. However, shower is hopeless. It is a very very small space with a leaking shower and it would not stay straight. We stayed at room 431. Try to avoid that room.

This hotel is lovely, conveniently located near Termini and the staff can't do enough to help. Everywhere is very clean. The minibar is well stocked. Breakfast comprises an extensive buffet of hot and cold sweet and savoury choices. I highly recommend it. Thanks to everyone at this lovely hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Located very near the Rome termini station. Trevi fountain within walking distance. Room on 1st floor very quiet with mini bar fridge, tea and coffee... Great hot shower. A/c good. Free wifi. Very clean. Room size adequate, decor in bathroom a bit rough... However towels were big and soft. Bed also large(2 singles) together. Dined... More

Hotel location is 300 meters from the Rome Termini and surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely courteous and professional and fluent in English. The porters had my luggage in my room when I returned from sight seeing as I arrived mid morning and check in was not until 2:00. My room was better than I expected. It was large... More

Hotel is near the Termini Train Station. Our room was spacious but bedding quality is poor. There was no safe in the room so they delivered one and placed it on a shelf but did not bolt it in rendering it useless. The housekeeping is great. The Wifi is horrible The front desk staff especially Alessandro are excellent. The bellhop... More

The hotel was ok.CONS: The breakfast was poor unless you have a very sweet tooth.the room was very basic and the walls paper thin. If walking it felt a long way from the sights PROS: The bed was very comfy and the room dark so could lie in in the mornings. We got the spa package and the sauna was... More

This hotel is good, location wise; if you want a hotel near the roma termini station and bus station. Their buffet breakfast offering is also good. But that's all.....the front desk personnels didnt make us feel welcome....maybe unhappy in his job? They were mostly very cold and unfriendly.... The doorman smiles a little though, and the only woman front desk... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
