Basic hotel but always clean and plenty of space in our hotel for the two of us! Accommodation was fantastic right by everything! Lovely air conditioned rooms and staff were genuinely friendly! The first night we were placed in another hotel Residencia Ki which was about 10 minute drive but we got to see more of that side of Rome...

It is a basic hotel with a small room. The share bathroom was always clean. If you are visiting to go sightseeing and you are going to be most of the time out of the hotel, exploring, this is a great option. The location was great and the staff at the reception extremely helpful. It is walking distance from the...

We stayed here in March 2015. The rooms are small but I guess thats the norm for small B & Bs in Rome. I am tall, the moment I stretched my feet were in the bathroom. Never the less lots of pros of this place like great location (we walked everywhere) and good attitude of the staff. Our kid was...

Fantastic location. Approx 5 minute walk from train station. The hotel was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance. The Colosseum was under a 10 minute walk. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first time in Rome and the hotel was perfect for us. We tended to spend most of our time out of the room but when we were in it, it was delightful; really nice features such as a fridge, air-con and sink made the room much more comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful but not...

I recently stayed here from the 25th may to the 29th and I enjoyed my holiday even more thanks to the hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and happy to help with everything you need. The room is a little small but for the time that you spend in the room, its perfect, it's a short walk from the...

This hotel is located within a few minutes walk of the Colosseum. Other sites in Rome are easily accessible by foot. I consider this hotel basic with no frills. Since the price is very affordable, I give it a four. The front desk staff was great. A good option if you are looking for a good location, clean and budget...

Really good service and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The loction is perfect and you can walk everywhere. The facility is not the newest and most cleanest you can find - the rooms are very small and many things were borken (shower, shutter to the cupbord for the fridge, etc). Still, for its price and the nice people...

Stayed initially in a room with a private bath located on the second floor. This room was small, essentially filled by a queen sized bed. Bathroom was tiny. No furniture but there was air conditioning. Moved to a room with the bathroom shared with two other rooms. This was actually an improvement since the room and bathroom were somewhat larger....
