Keep it up! The place is clean and comfortable and cheap! Very easy to find and very near to Roma Termini. Highly recommended on a tight budget. Wifi is a bit slow, but who cares! Breakfast is only bread and coffee and milk. But i am good with it. It was a very pleasant stay.

Booked the mixed dorm with shareable bathroom. First off, the owner was neither nice nor accommodating. I have been traveling Europe for a few months now and I can easily say this was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The reception office is right next to the two mixed rooms and is more of an office space with... More

Antonio was very friendly and helpful when completing our check-in, although there was a bit of a language barrier we were able to struggle through it! He provided us with a map and highlighted important attractions, as well as explained the metro system in Rome. He was also very accommodating, by allowing us to store our bags at the room... More

Been there for 3 nights with a friend and we could go from and to the hotel everywhere! The hosts were very informative and with great sense of humour. Price cheap having on mind that it was a weekend and bank holiday. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to travel cheap and comfy!

First of - if you expect the hilton, book the hilton. If you want hospitality like no other go to B&T rooms. I stayed here for two nights when I ran rome marathon and was skeptical at first, because I have always stayed in hotels. But I was in for a surprice. The kindness of the owners was simply out... A side to the excellent attitude of Claudia and Antonio the hostal it's always alone, and you never see a person at the reception, you must be hunting them, they don't have lockers to maintain your stuff safe, they tell you like: it's secure, but everybody has a key to your room, it's always very loud and dark, even if... It's close to Termini, the place smells good. The first person I met there was Claudia she doesn't speak English but the body language is enough to understand her. You will get a nice breakfast, you will sleep in a tiny adorable room. I would like to come back there. Thanks to the lovely people.

I've been at B&T Rooms Trani with my boyfriend for a couple nights. The room was super, and so the people who welcomed us. The location is very close to Termini station, from where you can go everywhere. Quite silent at night. I had a beautiful journey.

We initially made the rookie mistake of staying outside Rome to enjoy some relaxing facilities. Having paid the price of Tokyo-like train and bus rides (being packed into public transport like sardines is admittedly one way of getting close to the locals) we moved into town to be closer to the action. We were a bit nervous after hearing reports... More

Convenient location, very close to Roma Termini train station. Cheap accommodation with clean rooms and toilets. Antonio helped planning our visit in Rome. However, our rooms weren't ready on check-in. In the night, we could hear every single noise coming from outside. Somebody was ringing the bell, beating the main gate all night long. We could hardly sleep. I would... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
