The hotel is located in a very convenient distance from Termini station. The room was decent, very clean, nothing fancy but had everything we needed. There is a little bar with complimentary coffee, tea, water, which was a nice touch. Giulia in the reception was extremely nice and accommodating, made us feel welcome, provided useful tips. It was also very... More

The Hotel is located (a bit hidden inside a housing complex, which is easy to find if you keep looking for an iron entry gate) near Termini station, so it is the perfect starting point for any guests who want to travel via Metro or bus to all the sightseeing-locations in rome. Furthermore, the rooms are comfortable, functional and clean.... More

We stayed for one night only and on arrival, after being told of all of our charges on the Hotels website (including local taxes) we were then charged another 7 euros extra tax by the receptionist!! As you may imagine, we were a little put off by this but had to accept as we were only staying in Rome for... More

The location was good. However, the room was not so good. Quite old and not really clean. Also, the people were actually a bit strange. They didn't speak English and they just had a odd response. It was quite cheap though. Would not recommend it.

Good price. Excelent location close to main amenities in the city centre. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Excelent view with balcony. The lift was a little bit weird because is too old. I really enjoyed my journey there.

Hi! We stayed in this beautiful hotel with our friends. We all liked atmosphere and everybody was very friendly. Rooms are big, if you measure as normal hotel room. Also air condition was free of charge. You can walk to Termini,If you have trolleys, then perhaps taxi is needed. But with handbags you Termini is about one block away. There... More

Room was big enough with en suite bathroom a nice balcony and all basic needs such as towels. No mini bar, no air conditioning. The girl at the reception was very pleasant. Location ok considering that it is next to the metro station, but for someone that prefers to walk to the city centre not very convenient.

Do not pre-book this hotel, first check the room and then pay the money. Very dark entrance, looks spooky. Quite near the Roma Termini. Chinese manager was horrible. After going through same thing in Venice about the A/C in Domus Cavanis, I was not going to accept the room without A/C. The person at reception Alamin was very helpful but... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
