Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.

I don't recall seeing one in my room. I didn't need one when I stayed in early November last year. I kept the windows open. I was in Rome again in May of 2017 (not this hotel though) and it was already borderline getting too warm to be comfortable in the room even with the window open.
It is a great location though and the front desk guys were great. I enjoyed my time there.
Not done it myself but its about a 20 minute walk, however you take the metro one stop to Cavour and then its couple of minutes walk from there all in all taking about 7 minutes, barring that if you have the cash grab a taxi... More
