Tre Hotel Felice is a family run business and we really felt very welcome. We stayed in a very nice room with comfy beds. The staff were extremely helpfull and warm, we really enjoyed the nice staff. The location was perfect for us, near Termini station, very well situated from the attraction.

We stay for five nights in this friendly hotel close to the Termini station, we reach the hotel Felice from Fiumicino with the private hotel's pick-up service. The hotel was a good choice for location and staff. Our room was modern and cozy, with very clean bathroom. We recommend the Hotel Felice for your Rome's holidays.

Just a few meters from Termini train station, around 10 minutes walk. In a strategic location, in a real roman area. Plus: the comfort of the bed, perfect fast Wi-Fi inside the room. Susan at the reception was superb. Marco and Simona very helpfull. Great facilities at the reception desk, tickets for the public transportations and hop on hop off...

This was an excellent hotel for our family trip in Rome. The price was excellent and the location super. Our family room was modern, and the bathroom very clean. San Lorenzo si a real roman area with good and cheap restaurant and pizzeria. The hotel was comfortable, we wants to stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights in this budget hotel in Rome's downtown. With my wife we rent a cozy double room through Booking and we were satisfied. Clean and comfort bathroom, clean and modern room. The location is perfect for walking through to the city center. About 5 minutes walk from the central train station Termini.

the room we stayed in was too far away from the wifi for connection ! the city centre is a long walk from the hotel through the train station which can get terribly dodgy at night! the hotel room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided! the free breakfast provided is a coffee and croissant from a shop next door....

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighborhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighborhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
