Avoid at all costs. I had booked the stay at this property for April before the lockdown happen. And Italy was one of the countries who closed borders first so obviously there was no going at that point. I tried to get in touch with the hotel with no success. I also emailed them multiple times with no response. I advised that my flights were cancelled and if a refund was not an option then at least wether it was possible to reschedule for a later date so I wouldn't lose out as me not going wasn't MY choice. The hotel didn't respond to my emails, not even to confirm that they've received them and are looking into it. Only for me to later find out that the booking was cancelled by the property without even letting me know and I was charged full price and the property refused to refund the money. Horrible people

We spent our last night in Italy here before flying out very early the following morning. With only 15 km to Fuimicino airport and a very copetitive price for the room we did not regret this although the place is a run-down, old hotel/restaurant where the restaurant seems to have been closed for some time. The rooms were OK but the place was noisy at night and we were not quite sure what kind of nocturnal activities were going on. The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful and compensated somewhat for the somewhat dodgy impression of the place. PS: The coffees from the machine in the lobby are surprisingly good.

As you can see from the many reviews, this hotel deserves 0.5 stars & not the 2 stars it's advertised to be. The location is in the middle of nowhere. You can't walk to any shops for miles and can't wander off to buy anything during the night as it's pitch black. The rooms are dirty with black mould in the bath basin with an overhead shower only. The room smells and there were no lifts with just staircases. You would struggle if you had suitcases to carry up. The view outside of the windows is like a disused prison rather than anything - with metal railings attached to the windows for safety. The bathroom was revolting & I couldn't even stand there brushing my teeth for 30 minutes looking at the state. It physically made me sick. Book this hotel as a layover or a rest area during a road trip and nothing more. See the pics attached.

Problémy s platbou, kterou nechtěl majitel vyřešit. Udělal dvě platby neoprávněně a poté peníze nechtěl vrátit. Jeho reakce byla: mě to nezajímá. Problem with payment, the owner made two payments and did not want to return them. He said he did not care.
