We had two nights here before starting our cruise. The hotel is well located, as it is just 15 minutes walk from the Trevi fountains, half an hour from the Colloseum, and an hour from The Vatican. It is just five minutes from the main tourist area meaning that it Is very quiet, but with excellent local restaurants nearby. The... More

Stayed here for one night post cruise and found the hotel to be almost perfect. Firstly the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was a great size, very good choice at breakfast and the service was excellent. The only thing negative was the bathroom, very narrow and the shower/bath could have done with updating, (I am being really... More

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were very clean and confortable (nice linens and amenties). The breakfast was everything you need.....good service and good options. Nice bar and lounging areas. If we revisit rome, we would consider staying here again. The only negative was the staff at the front desk. They were of no assistance. For example, we ask... More

This is a great hotel. Location is within walking distance of the main train station and all the sights. Breakfast was a good spread every morning in a pleasant room. Bedrooms were well equipped, spotless and surprisingly quiet. I would have no hesitation in recommending or returning to this excellent hotel

We stayed here for two nights before joining the Celebrity Reflection for a cruise around Italy, Greece and Turkey. The staff were all so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We had a lovely Junior Suite, which was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay, and enjoyed the breakfast service in the dining room which was very... More

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The gentleman checking us in was not very helpful or friendly. Although most other staff were helpful, their advice on restaurants to visit or how to go to the outlets were not good. I was told to book a car for EUR100 when the fare was only EUR50 by the regular white... More

super inconvenient location, super far from all the tourist attraction. awful recipient, the young blond young lady has an attitude, and super not helpful, doesnt seem to be willing to offer an help, hang off my call, hang off my call and not answer my question, dirty my white T-shirt during room cleaning. I strongly NOT recommend to live here.

We received exceptional service by Mr. Rodolfo and the rest of the staff. Our luggage was lost by the airlines and Mr. Rodolfo took it upon himself to ensure that it was delivered in time for our cruise. Throughout our week, everyone in the hotel was extremely friendly and the breakfast was always fresh, tasty, had a variety and superb... More

We stayed at this hotel while visiting Rome on vacation. The hotel is approximately a 5 min cab ride from the main Train Terminal (Roma Termini) and within walking distance to great neighborhood restaurants and wine bar. Like most buildings in Rome, the hotel is quaint and the rooms are small, but nicely appointed with all modern amenities and very... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
