For a four-star hotel, this one is quite poor. It is located in part of Rome quite far from any sights. There is a metro station nearby, but no clear directions from hotel to that station. Room 518 is spacious and bed comfortable, but not all power outlets work and some of them are straight dangerous. Bathroom is need of...

I wouldn’t stay there if not arranged by the tour operator. It’s too far from the city and nothing to see nearby. Quiet, pretty clean and big rooms but very old furniture and bathroom. This place needs a deep renovation. It doesn’t deserve even 3 stars. We had dinner in the restaurant, not bad but nothing special. I strongly recommend...

Metro station close, nice from the inside but nothing more than that. It's too far away from the city center. We were on a tour and it took us forever to go places and come back. Poor breakfast choices. Have to pay for wifi. Staff didn't do as they told us that we'll be able to watch a football game...

Change your tour operator if they suggest you this hotel as a place to stay in Rome even for a night. Due to bad service and old facilities the hotel can't attract individual clients. Only groups of tour operators who cares their profits but not the customers.

The hotel is totally disaster. Since the tour agency Kappatur made the reservation, we stayed there otherwise there was no possibility. I/you/we/they disagree that it's a four-stars hotel. Yet, you pay 6€ city tax per night. In return you don't have wi-fi, mini bar, enough soap-shampoo, even a low standard breakfast. The rooms are old fashioned, even you cannot find...

What a bad hotel ! Building is around 30 years old. Breakfast is very very poor ! The only good things are it is close to Giardinetti Metro station (linea C metro) and smiling woman at lobby) We stayed here due to Kappa tour. Do not stay here and do not also prefer Kappa tour if you want to enjoy...

There are two buildings of the hotel. Nice lobby decoration. The room was large, but few facilities, bathrooms are old. Air conditioning cool enough. Breakfast is served slow.We have paid Wi-Fi. Plug position is not the bed, less power plug. Located in a residential area on the outskirts of Rome. Very quiet, there are many small shops nearby.

Capital inn hotel in Rome did not have a working A/C. At four am, not being able to sleep because of the heat in the room 416, we had to beg for a fan. We were given a choice to change our room to room 322, but the offered room did not have a working A/C either. Next day, the...
