Stayed here in July 2016, with EF tours Girl Scout group. Clean, spacious rooms, however the need a serious update. Beds were hard and small, no TV reception on very small, outdated set, room was hot, curtains torn. The pool looked nice but we did not get to use it, closed at 7 pm. The dinner and breakfast provided were... More

I don't know if Rome standards are up to American standards, but I wouldn't give this more than 3 stars. The room was clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. They kind of folded around you. The comforters were old, they need to be updated. The lobby was pretty. The bathroom was clean. The water pressure was really weak. The... More

Travelled with tour group. Love the big room and bathroom, both very clean with ample lighting. Lots of space for 4 people, with enough electrical outlets. Big windows with nice view. Breakfast was basic, cold continental buffet. Dinner was traditional Italian (pasta, potatoes, meatballs etc.) delicious dinner with large portions! Service was quick, food was well prepared and everybody left... More

We stayed 2 days at this hotel and it was hot. The hotel is set up so that the only way to get power to your room is to leave your ONE room card in a slot of the way. You get a fridge but don't count on it ever cooling anything. The AC does exist but barely. The beds... More

I stayed here with an EF Tour Group. Super clean, air conditioner ok, pool area is just awesome! I would stay here again. It is FAR from Rome, so it's really just for sleeping and hanging out. Breakfast was fine----boiled eggs, bread, more bread....... Wifi- is super weak. If you want to use it, go downstairs near front desk in... More

Traveling with Educational Tours, the staff was very nice and easy going with over 200+ American students staying in the hotel at one time. This is away from the heart of Rome and was nice to come back to after a long day of touring. The view from our room was AMAZING. So green and lush. The pool was fantastic.... More

In the outskirts of Rome we found a pleasant hotel with very attentive personel, delicious food (rich breakfasts, home baked bread and croissants, the best pasta, tender meat), clean rooms with huge windows on the old city. All for a very good price.

I agree with other recent reviews. The hotel is located down a dark and windy road up on a hill out in the middle of nowhere. The hallways were dark and creepy as was the elevator. The rooms were clean but that's about all I could say about them. the beds were uncomfortable and the rooms dark and dingy. It... More

I stayed here for two nights in April with a large group of students. When we arrived, all of the teachers said the hotel reminded us of The Shining: up a windy hill and kind of nowhere. The pool was closed when we were there (which was fine with us). The hallways are huge and really dark. Food was only... More
