Took a cab here from the airport. A good decision for us being in Rome for the first time. Smaller B&B's don't have big neon signs, so it can be a bit confusing finding places. You have to ring the doorbell at street level and they'll buzz you in. Small elevator up and I think it was on third floor,... More

This is a very clean and modern B&B in a great location. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom was always kept clean and all look newly renovated and modern, which helped give a vibrant atmosphere. Location is perfect, it is very close to a metro station, the park with the zoo and the spanish steps. It was also close to many... More

Like other travelers have mentioned, the rooms are really spacious and recently renovated. I know some people did not like the key system but we had no problem with it. The elevator, although rather small, fit the both of us and our luggage, we actually found it cute. We arrived in Rome at 8 pm, the hotel arranged for a... More

The room was nice, the shower was great and the staff were friendly. It's in a decent location very close to a Metro station and a short walk from the Spanish Steps. Our beds were made every day and bed linen and towels were changed very frequently. When we arrived and checked in the guy (can't remember his name sorry!)... More

I spent in this b&b 5 nites and i must say it was completely awesome! The rooms are very clean and the style is very young and design so it is a very pleasant experience. Its a 3 bedroom apartment inside a residential building, each room had its own bathroom. A kitchen with 3 small tables for dinning. The rooms equipped with the basic needs. The breakfast is also basic, some cheese, bread or toast, jam and honey, cornfleaks, tea , coffee and cappuccino. Its not far away from Spanish steps.

This was my first time at a Bed & Breakfast, let alone my first visit to Rome. I found it because it is near the Spanish Steps. Once I arrived I soon discovered it's close to the Barberini district, which is full of beautiful, historic fountains and absolutely amazing shopping! I quickly fell in love with the shopping ;) I... I got a spotless, spacious room with a firm bed and a window onto a courtyard. The kitchen was always stocked with juice, filtered water, and pods for the espresso machine. I can't say enough good things about the staff, who had to walk me through the intricacies of the various door keys until I got them straight. If there... More

Had a nice 3 night stay. The hotel is ideally sited for the main sights of Rome, and had good nearby restaurants and bars. The place is very compact - based in an apartment block. Staff were very helpful in all matters. One slight downside is it's a bit awkward getting in and out of the building - requiring 4... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
