The staff was nice and the room was clean. But that’s about it. It is located in an industrial zone. Even though we asked for a kingsize bed we got 2 beds joined together. By far the worst part is that hear every single noise. If someone from another floor goes to the bathroom you can hear EVERYTHING. You can even hear the other guests snorring from another room. Would not visit ever again.

We stayed there for a week. The hotel is clean, all rooms have balcony and hot water. The breakfast was really great. The blond woman from the stuff and the younger guy were very helpful. The older man was not that helpful and a bit rude! The double bed was in fact 2 single beds so we couldn’t sleep at all at first night and then we demanded to have a different room with a real double bed. It’s away from the city center.

So, to be perfectly honest, the hotel is clean and that's really saying something for Rome. And the rooms are really spacious. And there is always hot water. Aaaand... that's about it. The hotel is old, with cracks on the walls, airconditioning was leaking, I paid for a double bed and got two singles put together that in the very first night came apart and i fell in the middle while sleeping, stuff couldnt care less if I was there or not, breakfast is poor (thank God I didnt pay for it), but the worst part by far, is the location. A dodgy side kilometers away from Rome, 700 m away from the nearest station, in an area full of carbages that smell rotten fish, on a street with just auto dealerships and transportation offices, with not a single convenience shop/mini/supermarket nearby. You cant even get water. Plus you need almost an hour to get to the city and just to top it all off, the very first day I arrived at 22.00 , metro wasnt working because of technical issues (thats common in Rome) and had to pay 32 euros for a taxi. Overall is not convenient, not cheap and not a nice stay. Will never consider it again and I advise against it.

We had a room # 314 on the third floor. The housekeeper stole our money from the safe box in our room. We kept three hundred euro notes there thinking it was safe. The day we checked out when I counted found out that 500 note is missing.I instantly informed the receptionist and went to police station to file a complaint. Nobody spoke English there and told me to go to the one in center. I went there it turned out due to the system failure they can't register the claim.I was told to go to police unit in Termini Station. It was a horrible day for us. A lot buracrasy in police stations. The hotel returned the stolen money in 15 days and we had to save during all this time thinking about that we will run out of money. It spoiled our vacation. I don't want this happen with someone else. Don't be attracted by the low price!

The front desk overcharged us 8 euros for the city fee task & there was a paper in front of us literally stating it was 4 for each person but charged us 8 instead. Wreaked of cigarettes but the room was cozy & worth the price.
