Pretty pissed off. Stayed at the lovely Solis for two nights and were scheduled for another night upon returning to Rome. Apparently someone missed their flight so we were moved to their sister hotel which is disgusting. First of all you walk through a door to no where...then get in a creaky cage of an elevator without signage. Glimpsed something... More

There is nothing obvious about the location of this hotel....small sign out front. You need to push a button and when the attendant answers, he will rattle something off about the second floor. What you need to do is use the cage like contraption that is actually an elevator.... go to the 2 floor where he will check you in.... More

A plaque on the side of an old building informed me that the 'hotel' is on the second floor where 'luxury' and 'all comforts' accommodation awaits. I entered through a communal hallway, shared with other residents of the building, and a caged lift took me to the hotel reception. The surroundings were austere. A breakfast room consisted of 4-5 tables... More

Dear customer Unfortunately, not having his name on the review I can not know that the room had been assigned to, but I can tell that the room cleaning is done daily and as you can see by the other reviews can surely find that many customers remain satisfied with the cleanliness, as regards ? I just stayed one night but service and rooms are good, clean and air conditioned. Some city maps are available and the stuff was always helpful. You can reach sights like Fontana do Trebia or Colusseum easily by foot. Break fast was ok but all in all I would return definitely. Thx a lot

Good service from the staff, they are smiling and helpful with getting around the city. Wi-Fi is okay in the lobby (working most of the time) but not working inside the rooms. The rooms are big enough to fit the beds/shower and wc, but nothing more. There was a small fridge in our room, a regularly sized safe and luckily... More

Loved this hotel. Lovely large room with a balcony. The bathroom was very clean and had a shower and large bath. Good location. We walked to the Trevi fountain and the Borghese gallery. The breakfast room was small but it had everything you would need to start the day. Wi fi was free and the reception staff were helpful. There... More

Nice, small hotel, which was situated in the second floor of the building. Our room was small, but clean and cosy. We had a view to the inside, where was a small courtyard. But it was not a problem. It was quiet at least. We had the room 113. The hotel was near the centre with many good restaurant in... More

Booked for a weekend trip to Rome. We were three people so got a triple room meaning it was a bit crowded but it served its purpose. Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
