We have just returned from 4 nights at The Rome Times hotel had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel means that lots of sights are within easy walking distance, including the Colosseum, The Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. There is a tube station 10 minutes walk away and from there you can easily get to the Vatican and Villa Borghese. We had a family room which was spacious and had 2 separate beds for our children. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice in the buffet. You could also order extra items if you wanted. There was a coffee machine but the wonderful waiters made coffee to order and it was delicious! We would definitely return to the Rome Times hotel in the future.

We have returned today after a 3 night break. When we arrived it wasn’t time for check in and our room wasn’t ready. They happily stored our luggage whilst we went for a wander round and they put our bags up in the room ready for us when we returned. The room was a funny layout and didn’t have a view (it looked onto a brick wall ) but we didn’t mind that as we weren’t there for a view. It was clean and stylish. The fridge contained some non alcoholic drinks and a couple of snacks which was nice. The room was cleaned every day. I never sleep well in hotels but the bed was amazing and I slept brilliantly. Breakfast was lovely with super friendly helpful staff and a great choice Location was great and we walked to all the main attractions. A couple of mornings we had early starts so asked reception to book us a taxi. The system in place meant the taxi was there within 5mins and was very reasonably priced. We did go up to the roof terrace which was nice but we couldn’t find a way of putting the lights on. I’m sure if I’d have gone to reception they would have sorted it but we decided we was ok. More could be made of this feature though. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel ideally situated for walking to the main attractions. Bus to termini station just around the corner for those wanting to go further e.g. Tivoli. Clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of cold and some hot food. All in all a perfect stay.

Upon arrival we were made to feel welcome. It was very clear and easy checking in process the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable we were lucky enough to have a balcony. The breakfast was amazing such a fantastic choice. We also had some light lunch in the afternoon , would highly recommend the Tagliere Salumi E Formaggi. Our server Nadine was very helpful and friendly. Our all round experience at the Rome Times Hotel was excellent would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Rome, also it’s ideally located for all the sights which most are within walking distance. When we return to Rome we will be back.

We booked four nights in Rome to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. First trip to Italy. What a fantastic time we had. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from most of the sites - Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum etc and a pretty cheap taxi to the Vatican and St Peters Square, which the hotel organize for you. The hotel itself is excellent. Staff are very helpful. Special mention to Pouria who looked after us in the bar. Excellent recommendations. There are a host of really lovely restaurants just around the corner which were frequented by more locals than tourists; always a good sign in my book. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Just back from a long weekend (3 nights in Rome). Exceptionally friendly staff. Special mention to the reception team who were always willing to help us with booking taxis, tickets, directions, general info & directions. They always had a smile on their faces. Also, we stayed in room 307 which was spotless & maintained by the cleaners every day to an excellent standard. The situation of the hotel was fantastic as well being only a short & easy walk from major attractions like Treve Fountain, Colosseum, etc. The breakfast & bar area was very good in the morning as well. Overall we found this a modern decorated, small hotel with superb value for money & would not hesitate to go back - and that comes from someone who has travelled the world & stayed in many, many hotels including a few in Rome. The gym was out of action due to redecoration while we were there but when you are on your feet seeing the sights of Rome - who cares?
