Stay 4 nights on 14th June with breakfast, room no. 226. Everything is fine, the pools are good, services in restaurant and check-in are good, but what a terrible experienced when I was check-out, the staff called "Ctilza" was absolutely unfriendly, poor quality and rubbish, to be honest, I'd like to go back in next time but I think just everything ruined by this so-called "staff", she doesn't know what is respect, polite and hospitable, I don't know why the hotel hire this "staff", she doesn't "match" with this hotel...absolutely disgusting and I don't want to see this rubbish again if I go back.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed for 3 nights in June on our honeymoon and have only positive things to say. The location is perfect, being a 1-2 minute walk from Termini Station, and the hotel looks appealing and luxurious from the moment you enter the gates. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we were offered a complementary drink in the bar whilst our bags were taken to our room. We booked the junior spa suite and I have never been so pleased with a hotel room in my life! Having the spa pool in the room was incredible to relax in, particularly after long days walking around in the heat. There is also a hammam/steam room in the shower, which was very good. The room was of a very good size and it was cleaned multiple times each day. I honestly cannot recommend this room highly enough, it was incredible and we spent so much time using the spa facilities - in fact we had complementary access to the main spa but didn't use it once! The bar/restaurant is a beautiful room, with large pillars and stunning decor. The staff were all incredibly professional and the drinks list was vast (try a passion mojito, beautiful!). The breakfast offering was also huge and catered for all tastes, it was of very high quality. All in all our stay was an amazing one and I would not hesitate to stay again - even if we didn't get any freebies despite it being our honeymoon! Some of the other reviews about the staff and the quality of the rooms have really missed the mark. Take my word for it instead, it's a quality hotel.

Would not say this a 4.5 star hotel the only thing that was great about the rooms was the blackout blinds. The rooms look nothing like the pictures and as a independent travel agent I certainly would not recommend it for the price we paid. Pictures are very deceiving and not the best place of you want to be in the centre and near all the sightseeing

I have no idea how this hotel can be advertised as a 5-star hotel or how the reviews are so high. Every human we interacted with was lovely, kind, and pleasant. However, the actual accommodations were a bit bizarre. We booked this property through our Chase Sapphire Rewards (which is through Expedia, we will not be doing this again), and the room was just weird. Bizarre odors, lots of stairs in the room, low lighting and lots of mold in the shower. The location was convenient for coming right off the train from the airport, however, it did not seem to be a well-kept area of town. The issues with this stay to me did not reflect the individuals that worked there, but rather false advertising from Radisson.

First of all: it doesn't get more central than this. There's many parts of Rome to explore, and this is a perfect location to start your day. Secondly, the hotel is gorgeous, with a classic exterior and beautiful minimalist interior. Topping it off is the amazing staff, that is both professional and very kind. A stay well worth it.

Very unusual layout of the room with the bed placed in the middle of the room and sofa cushions by the perimeter of the walls, I would've rather had a workspace. Quality of sleep is terrible - the bed is uncomfortable, AC is confusing to control, shades let the light through.

We loved our stay here! Staff were lovely and spoke English fluently. The room was spacious with a view of the station and busy streets below. Breakfast had a great selection. Our favourite was the fresh crepes. The dinner selection was limited but everything we ordered was excellent quality. There was also a great selection of restaurants that are a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We will definitely be rebooking here next time we are in Rome.

Visited with our daughters. Room. Felt jaded. Blind was completely broken. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Couldn’t get air con to work, told it wasn’t switched on yet despite being 27 degrees! Senses restaurant. Couldn’t fault it. Good food. Good service. Rooftop restaurant. Closed, no one told us. Breakfast. Large choice. €25 per head. Bar. Vast choice. Friendly service. Gym. No one said access was restricted and that it needed to be booked. Frustrating! Noise. Noisy corridors at night. Location. 2 minute walk from the train station and metro. 20 minute walk to the Colosseum.

The hotel is beautiful and in a decent location but there were minor flaws that were not dealt with during our stay. No wi-fi for five days - we reported it three times but staff couldn't fix it - no TV for two days, and lack of bedside light and chair in hotel room.
