Excellent small hotel in perfect location with fabulous service and the coolest MCM decor. Rooms are not large but are elegant, thoughtfully laid out with spectacular bathrooms. Our room had a small balcony. A lovely place to sit with coffee in the morning or prosecco at night. Snacks, nespresso, water and soft drinks in mini bar included and replenished magically. Housekeeping, concierge, managers anticipated needs we didn’t know we had. Location is close enough to walk to everything but very quiet. On a square with fruit and vegetable market, a block from Ara Pacis, steps to spanish steps. 10 minutes to Pantheon, 15 min walk to vatican. Arranged dining reservations, transfers etc. My kids who are now giant men are still suckers for the free candy in the room and lobby.

This luxury 5 star hotel is one of my global favorites. It is everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel PLUS it has the most welcoming and accommodating staff I have ever encountered. Maria Strati, the GM, is the heart and soul of this hotel and greets every guest personally. We have stayed at JKPLACE Rome 3X in past year and I think of it as a second home.

This is just a wonderful five star hotel in every way. It is a beautiful, comfortable refuge in the center of Rome, close to great sightseeing, dining and shopping. GM Maria Strati leads a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable team that makes your stay extra pleasant. Excellent, friendly service and attention to detail are hallmarks of this Roman refuge. We commented on a slippery shower floor one week and when we returned a week later an anti skid mat was in the shower in our room. The restaurant is excellent and the lounge area stylish and relaxing. Don’t miss this Roman gem !’

JK Roma is an elegant, well appointed, beautiful hotel that offers exceptional service. The rooms have gorgeous decor, a high level of cleanliness and extreme comfort to get a good night’s sleep. The lobby is inviting and a wonderful place to share a cocktail and conversation. The staff is exceptional, professional and beyond accommodating! The charming General Manager is on site to ensure all of your travel needs are met. Every detail is on point! I have traveled here both alone and as a couple. I highly recommend this pristine accommodation in the perfect location in Rome!

My partner and I stayed here for a quick 2 night stay after a cruise. I have visited Rome several times and stayed in other fabulous hotels, but this hotel is simply exceptional. Possibly the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From checking in to checking out the service was first class. Friendly, efficient with each and every person going the extra mile. The restaurant is first class. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, with freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries and a fantastic cooked breakfast… the French toast was delightful! The food was faultless, we enjoyed both lunch and had an evening meal there too. Again, the food and service spot on. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are delightful from reception to the bedrooms. Little extras like a personalised guide book left on the bed at night, turn down treats and a complimentary mini bar with soft drinks, again add to this top class hotel. We decided we wanted a few hours by a pool, as it was very hot in Rome. The girls on reception found us a perfect venue and organised it for us with the minimum of fuss. It was a perfect end to our trip. The hotel itself is in a great location for shopping and sightseeing and honestly if you’re planning a visit to Rome this hotel has it all. Thank you to all of the staff for being so lovely and going the extra mile to make our stay so special.

This is a very small hotel in the NW area of Rome. It is perfectly situated near the Spanish steps, Borghese garden, Tiber River and all the exclusive shops. The rooms are nice but small and are equipped with drink and snacks that are free and replenished often. The most wonderful part of the hotel is the staff, who greatly outnumber the guests. They speak very good English and are willing do to anything at any time to make your stay more enjoyable. This includes the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff and even the manager (who personally introduced herself as we checked in!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property! 1. Location: Away from so many busy touristy areas, while being close enough to walk anywhere. You feel like you are at home the second you walk in. They know who you are. 2. The rooms are fabulous, with modern design with elegance. 3. BREAKFAST: If you have had breakfast in Italy before, especially coming from America, you already know what to expect... but have you had JK Places? They have such a FABULOUS variety of breakfast foods, including yogurts/green juices/eggs/egg whites/fruit (best mango I have ever had) and more. Much more ideal than your typical croissant and coffee breakfast elsewhere. 4. Service is top-notch! I have never had a client dislike a Place property, but having recently been myself to experience it... I am confident in saying you cannot go wrong by choosing this location if you like smaller boutique hotels with all the amenities! \ - Custom Travel J

Wonderfully elegant and comfortable hotel in a surprisingly quiet side street in an incredibly convenient location in Rome. A short walk to the Spanish steps, Parthenon, and only 20 minutes to the Vatican. The hotel has incredible design and the staff is incredible as well. Maria, the manager is friendly and along with her staff totally focused on ensuring you have a great experience. The restaurant is delicious and the core is so comfortable and elegant. If you're not having the time of your life here, you have bigger problems!

My wife, daughter and I recently returned from a 4 night stay at the JK Roma over the thanksgiving holiday. My wife and I had stayed here before and we knew we had to return when taking our daughter for her first trip to Italy. It certainly lived up to our memories our our first stay here. This is just an excellent boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Rome. The rooms are immaculate with some of the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen. The breakfast and bar in the hotel were excellent - my daughter was thrilled with the options. The fresh orange juice in the morning was particularly memorable. The concierge service was excellent - they helped us secure some of the more difficult restaurant reservations during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a world-class boutique hotel in Rome.
