From the minute we arrived at the J.K. Place we knew we were in for something special. The bellman took our bags, Giuseppe greeted us & immediately took us to the comfortable sofa in the lobby. He took that time to make sure we were comfortable offered us coffee & some sweets the perfect Italian morning. He reviewed our booking, what was included & then escorted us to our room. Considering we arrived at 10:30 am we did not expect our room to be ready but it was. Please note we do not have a high status with Leading Hotels of the World so we were pleasantly surprised. Another special feature was that Giuseppe brought us to our room and went through how things worked (lights & temperature controls). If you have ever stayed here you understand. I loved the fact that the minibar was included and it should be in a luxury property like this. Location in Rome was also another lovely feature. I would describe it as being in the 5th Avenue District of NYC. This was a special trip so we did only book a Classic King but it was perfecto! Bathroom was all marble, bedding & pillows also fabulous. Each night after turndown service you can see how they strive for perfection from the way they line up the window treatments. Trust me I have never seen this before and I travel a lot, kudos to the staff you don’t see. The staff catered to anything and everything you need. A special thank you to Enzo, the bellman & Giuseppe who was so kind to both me & my husband on the special trip. The restaurant staff, the breakfast was always wonderful & so was the service. What I think I love about this experience in this property is the one on one you have with the staff. JK is a botique hotel that is located in the center of room, just a minute walk to the Spanish steps. Jk has homey feel, the lobby feels like a living room. It’s chic and well maintained. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was so spacious and warm. I loved the color palate of the room and bathroom. But I wish there was a view from the room. There is one restaurant that served a la crate breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food at the restaurant is delicious and service was excellent. All that said, the highlight of the jk Rome is the staff, they are so friendly and pleasant . Everyone is so happy and offers to help at any given time of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way at every opportunity to ensure our stay was very comfortable. Very quiet room. This luxury hotel is located on a quiet side street a few blocks from the Spanish Steps. Beautiful design throughout the hotel. The breakfast includes a range of choices including egg dishes, fruit , cereal, etc. The library room is a pleasant place to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. Twice daily housekeeping. We look forward to returning.

We stayed here a few years ago and I forgot how wonderful it was. The rooms and public areas are so cool and really fantastic. From the moment we arrived the staff were genuinely wonderful. The reception staff were very good, recommended a great Roman restaurant and welcomed us back enquiring if we enjoyed the meal but also gave good advice on where we had booked ourselves. Beautiful hotel in a great location; for us, one of the best services we had in luxury hotels in Europa. Breakfast is a must. And you have information on what to do in Roma done by the manager of the hotel. The afternoon drink was a lovely ceremony. RESPECT. For sure we will come back soon.

Hotel is outstanding for its location, Service and food. Conveniently located 5 mins to piazza spagna with great concierge service and staff. We will surely comeback to stay longer. Rooms were clean and all minibars were included.

The JK Roma is, in a word - fabulous. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world over the last 20 years and I would stake the JK up against any of them. True hospitality as we felt personally welcomed in every aspect - the lounge, the restaurant, concierge, room service and housekeeping. Service is outstanding. The lounge staff knew exactly what we were drinking by the first full day after check-in. It was almost as if they had staff waiting 10 feet from your room door. Want a blanket? It seemed there was a knock at the door within 30 seconds with both light and heavy blankets to chose from. Want to know a good restaurant or go to mass? Answers by the time you get to the door. The room decor is between classic elegance and contemporary. The bathrooms have fully modernized fixtures and yet finished with classic marble and wainscot style. The best rain shower I have experienced in any hotel. Double sink basins, separate toilet and bidet room. Very well organized and super functional closet / dressing area. Yes, these rooms are not inexpensive, but it was well worth every penny. Breakfast is included (in the room if you prefer - which we did), full minibar stocked several times a day, included still and sparkling waters in the room, espresso machine, snacks and sweets in the lounge, complimentary shoe shine, etc. Great location walking distance to the Spanish Steps and high end shopping district. We literally walked everywhere once we realized how close we were to the sights (and how taxi's are notoriously clogged in traffic). If you are in Rome, stay at the JK if you want to treat yourself!…
