Excellent location, clean, quiet, 2 minutes from metro. Two minutes Vatican museum. Excellent restaurants nearby. This is room only so nearby shops are useful. Rooms have safe, fridge and free wi fi. Can leave luggage until late on leaving day.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Good location near The Vatican. I wasn't happy that the air-conditioning unit leaked water into my open suitcase rendering my address book illegible and soaking everything else! Was only there one night at the very end of our holiday.

It was a bit difficult to find the place initially. Luckily, our taxi driver was really helpful. The hotel room is nice and clean. But it is near a busy road, can be a bit noisy in the night. Very close to Vatican city. Shower is a bit small.

I've stayed here in may 2015, for 3-4 days. the room is nicely decorated, clean, spacious(I think I was in double room, the smallest they have), well-equipped(reliable free wifi, a proper desk, tea and coffee maker, etc) . I've never tried this kind of rental room before, but I realised that they provide higher standard room than hotels, with more...

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Arianna(owner) contacted me 1 week before our checkin date to check what time are we arriving and if we need assistance as the reception is open only from 830am to 1230nn. She arranged our airport transfers and very helpful on my inquiries. Location - located very near Vatican City, 10 minutes walk,...

We reserved the triple room (king and single beds). The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is good although the shower is quite small (but still acceptable) and there's no place to put the soap. Staff was helpful and friendly - the owner contacted us before we arrived to figure out the arrival time and provide directions. The location...

Very nice and clean rooms near the Vatican. You can walk to Restaurants, Metro and of course a very good Gelateria. The wifi was for free and for Rom the price is quite good. There is not a real reception but you can contact the persons by phone.

Excellent wifi and pleasant spacious clean rooms. Good shower but nowhere to put the soap! Staff very helpful and friendly but I didn't see them often. (It's limited manning with no communal facilities) excellent and abundant local amenities all within a short walk. As I believe common place in older buildings in this area, no fire escape and no evidence...

Unbelievably close to the Vatican the rooms were clean and modern, We were able to walk to all of the main attractions and the Metro was 100 yds. away. The entrance was difficult to find as the only indication was by the door bell. Would use again.

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“I would simply ask for what is important to you. Our room was fairly large and had recently been renovated. We asked for a double bed (as opposed to 2 singles pushed together) and got it. The place is small though and has limited availability and the owners are only there certain hours.”
