Whilst cruising the Med, one of our ports of call was Civitavecchia. We were taken to central Rome by coach and visited the Forum and Colosseum. Both these are tops with regard to history, especially the open air Forum. This impressive site was the religious centre of Ancient Rome besides being an important political centre of those times. Lovely quirky little place to stay. Funky beds and facilities, bit confusing to find at first but once you're there you'll not get lost again (just go to 45 via baccina, through the main doors and up the stairs and it is in the middle of the complex - you can't miss it from there). Very clean rooms, helpful and... More

Great alternative bed and breakfast with a great team. The location cannot be faulted and it's a quiet spot in a buzzy city. Everything you need for a rounded Rome experience can be found from here and the rooms character are a draw in themselves. Take a chance on Irooms and you will be impressed. Recommend the next street over... More

6 rooms so fills us fast. It's a small and intimate place, but not to say that families can't stay there. Rooms are clean and cosy The location is great, close to historical sites and many restaurants and cafes. Had a great experience with their staff. Service was great. Fresh breakfast available each morning; such lovely spread from variety of... More

Stayed here a couple of nights while in Rome with my wife. The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of the historic district, near popular restaurants and bars. There is a great piazza just 30 yards down the road where lots of local people gather at night to socialize and drink. Staff was courteous and breakfast was fine.... More

It might be hard to find this place at first since it is located inside of a residential building but nevertheless, excellent location to most of the sights in Rome. Comfortable room and great staffs.

We ran into some trouble with the AirBNB we had booked, so our stay at iRooms was a last minute decision. Kiran & Gina (managing the front desks) were so accommodating and really made up for the travel issues that we had before booking iRooms. Our breakfast was provided at the nextdoor cafe - delicious and more food than we... More

Arrived to discover we had been upgraded to the iMovie free of charge (we had booked the iCube). Nice to have the extra space, but can't say that we really made use of the extra features. The room was very clean and I guess we had extra space as a result of the upgrade, which was welcome. Not a lot... More
